The host was very nice and communicated with me very well. The shops were conveniently located within walking distance. The home was spacious for our group. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location. Honestly the app isn’t showing me a full screen so I was only able to give max of stars! Five star host and house. Directions were clear and they left us a basket of snacks. Felt right at home. Highly recommend.

Size was perfect for our multi generational family in town for a wedding. Cleanliness was not perfect but owner brought brand new sheets right away when we reported stains.

This house worked really well for our family visiting the area. Very convenient to grocery stores and places to eat, as well as to the Ballston station of the Metro.

My sister and her family and my family stayed in the lovely home during the interment ceremony for my father at Arlington National. The home is ideal in location; close to metro, DC, Arlington, and just walking. the number of bedrooms and full baths were just what we needed. Plenty of linen, dishware & equipped kitchen supplies. I had questions along the way and upon arrival and they were immediately explained. The home allowed us to play cards, eat together & spend time with extended family. Truly a perfect fit for our trip! Thank you

We stayed here with our wedding party and it was excellent! Everything was clean and just as described. The location is perfect - easy walking distance from Ballston and the metro. The hosts were easy to communicate with and helpful. Highly recommended!

Spacious accommodations in a very nice area. Walkable distance to grocery store. Perfect location for what we needed, which was a ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery. Hosts were very communicative. The house was in good condition, clean, and well stocked. We had plenty of towels, silverware, coffee, cups, etc. I appreciate them hosting such a large family group.

Great for our family get-together, close to shops for our area coffee tour, visiting DC, and big enough for our family pasta-making class in home. It was also super clean and was stocked with amenities (hair dryer, shampoo, etc. in all the bathrooms, everything anyone might need in the kitchen).

The home is pictured as described. There is plenty of space for large groups. This home provided everything we needed for our stay with comfort, convience, and class.

Graduation

The property is modern and has all new appliance updated bathrooms and very comfy Beds. It is great for family/group gathering with a open floor plan. The owners have planned it well to accommodate large group and yes you can walk to nearby restaurants / bars, grocery and shops. Would definitely consider it for future stays.

Fantastic property with plenty of space

I had the difficult task of organizing a stay for a large group of friends- finding big enough properties was a challenge and this place delivered! House was clean, welcoming and everyone was comfortable. Adam and Roberto were responsive, easy going and very clear with directions. They had a basket of goodies as welcome and were fantastic hosts! Property is spacious, walking distance to the metro and to restaurants in the area. Neighborhood was safe, walkable and quiet. We stayed 2 nights and ended up having a blast thanks to this being our “base of operations”. I felt very lucky to have found this option! Thanks again!

We had extended family gathering from across the country for an interment at Arlington National Cemetery, and for that purpose this house met our needs very well. The bedrooms are spread out over three floors so we could separate the early sleepers from the late night folks easily. The mattresses were amazing, and several people raved about the pillows. The house is easy walking distance from the Metro, a grocery store, a pharmacy and dozens of restaurants and bars. Our gen Z family members enjoyed the cornhole and outdoor Jenga games! This would be a five star rating except for a few issues. The kitchen is not particularly large or well stocked and we had to borrow items from a nearby family member and buy quite a few items that are typically stocked in VRBO kitchens of houses this size. We tend to make meals when together, not eat out, so this was an issue for us, but might not be for others. There were no extra blankets anywhere in the house. The staircases are narrow and might be difficult for some folks with mobility issues to navigate. And while I am sure this is not an always issue, we were there after the area had had some rain and a strong sewage smell was present in the kitchen area the entire time we were there. You don't want to be anywhere that smells like sewage, but especially not the kitchen. The owners were very fast to respond to any and all questions we had, which was appreciated.

The house meet almost all the checks (Location, Cleanliness, etc..) The only reason I gave 4 because the kitchen/pantry did not meet our needs.

The house was beat up a little. The hand railing was ripped off on the front porch, tv remote did not work in den when we checked in, toilet paper holder was broken off the wall in second floor bathroom.

We had a wonderful stay! House was clean, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, as advertised. Beds were very comfy. Lots of room for lounging in the living room and around the dining table--a must for our group. Location is ideal, as it is close to grocery store, metro, and Reagan National Airport. Hosts were very responsive to any queries.
