This home is extremely comfortable, in a nice neighborhood, and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Mornings on the deck overlooking the bay were lovely!

What a wonderful place! Meet the owner who lives nearby, very nice man. I would highly recommend staying here. PS. We ate at the Coach House (twice), 4 miles away. Great food, service and price

Great visit! Everything was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Towels were soft and the beds were comfortable. Mom’s diner in north bend has pancakes bigger than your head and Dave’s pizza was extra delicious. I have a fragrance sensitivity and it was a little too perfumed for my preference (laundry and free standing air fresheners), but still giving full stars, because I know I’m the anomaly. I wanted to mention for others who have the same sensitivity.

This is a clean, quiet, comfortable home in a fantastic location with a wonderful host. We will definitely stay here again!

Place was cute. But after a 10 hour drive .it was so dirty. Food on kitchen sink. Kitchen sponge looked like they cleaned the dirty floors with it. Bath tub was so slippery. We had such a busy vacation planned or we would have found a different place. Garbage in cabinet. Fingerprints on everything with food. Beds looked unwashed. So after cleaning and doing laundry..we were able to rest and have our vacation. Would not recommend

Very nice and very reasonable price, host was very friendly and helpful, we had accidentally locked out and host was there to help very quickly.

Nice stay

We only stayed here one night on our way up the Oregon coast but it was a good find. Everything was as described. The best part was the communication with the host. She was very responsive and kind.

Solid rental in a quiet neighborhood

Housed our six member family quite easily - probably could have slept 10 if necessary. Simple, functional, clean - would stay here again if passing through town.

Enjoyed the proximity to Mingus Park and the balcony was lovely! Nice, spacious home for our family of six.

Large upstairs unit. Comfortable beds and lots of space. Pretty peckaboo view of bay.Coffee maker had water in it, or so I thought, instead it was something vinegar tasting. After dumping and filtering system it still tasted bad and dairy creamer was from last year, moldy and sour. Yuck. Owner blamed cleaner who denied using vinegar to clean. Oh boy, what was in it, that I drank? Gross.So, moral of story is use your own water but stay in nice space.

Will definitely stay here again

We’ve stayed in Coos Bay / North Bend multiple times as our son went to SWOCC. We’ve stayed in hotels, Air B & B, and VRBOs. This was the best place we’ve ever stayed. The location was easy, parking good, plenty of room. Plenty of comfortable seating, which always seems to be lacking.
