This was a lovely cottage with a nice view. The hosts were delightful. The cottage was close to beautiful state parks and a yummy restaurant.

Wonderful place to stay, the cottage was quaint and clean with everything we needed. The hosts are on site and available for any needs . Would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends.

Great experience. Very cute and cozy place. A great place to stay. I will stay there again of I'm ever back on Coos Bay. The owners are so nice and welcoming.

Gracious hosts, well appointed home with view, and oodles of things to do!! Beaches, flowers, wildlife, fresh air, trails, trees, marine center, so many wonders to explore. Fantastic, generous hosts make this place an ideal vacation spot. Four vacations here and looking forward to many more!!!

The hosts are lovely people who made our stay very pleasant. Communication was easy and efficient. The bungalow we stayed in was charming, clean, and comfortable with thoughtful amenities. It was perfect for our stay in this area and conveniently located for the activities and exploration we wanted to do. After a day of sightseeing, it was so pleasant to sit on the patio and watch the water ebb and flow as the sun went down. The water birds were beautiful to observe both morning and evening, and the animal tracks on the sand in the morning added enjoyment to our early morning walks on the beach. This is a great place to stay!

Perfect for us!! We picked this cottage for proximity to a date with a fishing guide in Charleston. The cottage was snug and cozy in spite of the weather and we would be happy to stay again and recommend it to other travelers.

Cute little place

My husband and I got away for rhe weekend. This place was perfect. We loved this privacy and the ability to cook and just relax. The owners were so nice and they take good care of the place! Will stay again!

Amazing Hospitality!

We loved our stay at Bay Cove and highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a lovely cottage with a beautiful view of the harbor and minutes away from restaurants, grocery store, etc. The proprietors, John and Candy, truly go the extra mile for their guests.

Very comfortable, cozy relaxing accommodations. More than normal provisions/ nothing wanting. Was like being at Grandmas house. Back deck was an awesome spot to chill. Host very friendly.

Great cottage

Very close to marina. Cottage was very nice and clean. No need to bring food condiments and crab rings they are all available for use. Even accommodate us on a late departure!! We will definitely be back.

Comfortable home away from home

There probably isn’t anything you need that isn’t available in this nice cottage already. The view from the back patio is amazing. The beaches are a short drive away. Laundry onsite. Lots of extras. Owners friendly, available if needed. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if the opportunity presents itself.

The booking process & check-in were seamless and well communicated. Candy & John were perfect hosts, available but not intrusive. The property was a delight. Wish I could have stayed longer. Nice, clean duplex

We meet our daughter and granddaughter in Charleston for a couple of days. Granddaughter is attending University of Oregon marine biology. Here classes are in Charleston. Daughter stayed in the other side of the duplex which worked out great. We only had to walk out the front door to meet up with them. Owners communicated with us by email prior to arrival and meet us and showed us around when we arrived. Very nice and friendly couple. Would stay here again.

Cozy, clean place.

This is a small place that has been perfectly setup. Everything you need is provided and place is clean and comfortable. There is a common room (shared with the unit next door) that has a kitchen and laundry. The view of the bay from the main house is just fantastic. John and Candy are the best hosts. As others have said, two things to note is the road noise as unit A is directly on the road. Didn't bother us at all. And bathroom/shower-entry is small but perfectly usable.

Wonderful Hosts!! Perfect place to stay!!

The only place we will stay when we are in the area. Candy and John are amazing and made us feel so at home. So many little things they did. It’s like staying in your own home. Thank you both so much. We’ll be back again.
