Thank you so very much, the place was perfect for our weekend visit with our Marine. We spent a day shopping and just hanging out playing cards & watching movies, a day at Topsail beach with free parking & beach access at site #2, with restrooms & a small food stand. Before heading home we are visiting the new museum of a Marine, right in Jacksonville. It was hot when we got here so the air conditioning was very helpful in cooling off.

We enjoyed our stay at Riverwalk. The host was very quick to respond to questions. We loved strolls on the boardwalk behind the property.

Very spacious and relaxing. Clean! Clean! Clean!Kitchen was perfect for cooking meals. Even had some Tupperware to store leftovers. Host was wonderful and responded VERY quickly. Could use a few more pillows and extra blankets. But , overall loved it!

Relaxing home away from home

The property and owner felt as if we had gone to visit family . The property was very clean and quiet. The owner was quite pleasant and accommodating. I will gladly use this property again. This stay was better than a hotel stay. I give the stay 4.5 out of 5.

This is our second time staying here. Nice solid house. Heat and AC perfect. Nice chairs on front and back decks. House is made so it is very easy to keep up. Both for guests and service people. Neighborhood is quiet and well kept. Close to everything. Especially enjoyed the boardwalk there by house. So pretty. Awesome host. Answered our questions immediately. Short stay this trip unfortunately.

Everything was as advertised. No surprises. We were only in the house for a place to sleep, but it has all of the amenities you would need if you wanted to stay in and chill.

Very nice and quiet

We came to visit our daughter and son in law who is in the marines. The house is beautiful, I love all of the lighting. The only thing I could say was the floors definitely hadn’t been mopped in a while as the kids feet were black, as we did a walk through to check out I looked under the beds to be sure the kids didn’t leave anything, no one had swept under there in a while, BUT the bathrooms and entire house is very nice and the beds are SO COMFY! Good pillows, nice washer and dryer. Plenty of cookware and dishes. Me having kids another thing I wished they had were handheld shower heads, I know that’s small but it helps a lot with kids! We enjoyed our stay, the neighborhood was very quiet. We would stay again!

Birthday Trip

Property is nice and has great furniture. Owner was very responsive with questions and concerns. Everything was well stocked and plenty of extra household supplies if you ran out. Bed was very comfy. Our only issue with the rental was cleanliness. Upon arrival we noticed very quickly that it hadn't been cleaned in awhile. I immediately called the owner and she gladly offered my cleaning fee back. Informed her that the housekeeper was only changing sheets and towels and nothing else. I had to clean tubs and santize the bathrooms and sweep the floors. Disappointed in that but other than cleaniness its a nice rental. With a good cleaning it could be an excellent choice for any occasion.

Our host Lisa was absolutely awesome ... communication was excellent. The property's location was perfect and convenient. The home was more than advertised and I would highly recommend staying here. We came to visit our Son in the Marines and could not have been happier with our stay!
