Clean and comfortable house. Beds very comfortable and loved that each bedroom has its own full bathroom. Close to base for military families visiting loved ones. Neighborhood quiet and beautiful.

We had the best stay! It was close was the base, and lots of other fun things to do. It was very clean and cozy. Will most definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

This was absolutely perfect for a lasting minute trip to see my son. The hosts were so sweet and thoughtful. I had a great stay. Definitely looking to book again.

The Get-Away-Spot is our go yo place when we are visting our family in Midway Park. It is always clean and the hosts are awesome. The area is very safe as well.

What a cozy, warm and welcoming place! It was like staying with a friend more than a rental. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. We appreciated the generous cleaning supplies and paper products. We felt right at home and will stay again! Thank you Ramon and Rhonda!

This is a great spot to stay in. The home was very cozy and the owners were very nice and communicated well. The home was close to everything. If you're visiting soldiers at one of the local bases, they are very accommodating and understanding about your time for your visit.

We are both retired Marines who decided to make Eastern North Carolina our home. We have lived here for over 14 years. We are avid traveler's; therefore, we know the importance of having a clean comfortable space to stay when you're away from home. Ramon is our youngest daughter's sport taxi driver. While I have taken on another career as a Government Contractor. We are both easily accessible to answer any questions or take care of any issues that may occur. In our spare time, we enjoy watching our daughter play club volleyball (watching college volleyball), watching football (Dallas Cowboys & Carolina Panthers) basketball (Los Angeles Lakers), hanging with family and friends, eating seafood & barbeque. It is our hope that we create a memorable experience for you and your family that will keep you coming back!!

We feel this is the perfect spot to sit back and relax. The Get Away Spot is located in a prime location that is minutes away from shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. The mall is less than a mile away with an AMC theatre located directly behind the mall. Starbucks is located directly in front of the mall as well if you need your special pick me up latte.
