The WATERFRONT Boathouse Cabin!

The BOATHOUSE cabin is a relaxing two-bedroom vacation rental located on Bumps Creek in Sneads Ferry. Enjoy your visit to this awesome beach town and all Sneads Ferry, Topsail Beach and Surf City has to offer. You will be amazed how quickly you can slip into the relaxed vibe and easy going pace of life here.

- access to boat docks - so bring your boat and tie it to one of our docks during your stay (only 5 minutes to a sandbar or the ICW and 10 minutes to the north end or ocean by boat)

This two bedroom, one bath cottage has everything you need to have the time of your life! Both bedrooms have queen size beds and the sunroom has a sleeper sofa which pulls out to a queen size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes, cups, wine glasses, coffee cups, Keurig coffee maker, microwave and toaster. The living area has a table that seats 4 and the sunroom has a bar table that seats 3. The sunroom also has a large full capacity washer and dryer. All towels and linens provided (except beach towels). WiFi and two 50” Fire Stick Smart TVs located in the living area and the sunroom are also included. We will provide a “starter pack” of supplies for you (enough laundry detergent, paper towels, k-cups, and toilet paper for your first day with us).

To maintain the home and assure that it is clean and comfortable for all to enjoy NO PETS ARE ALLOWED and there is NO SMOKING permitted inside.

We had a very quite and restful time. The host was very prompt, professional and pleasant with their response to our messages. Will definitely stay again if/when returning to Snead Ferry.

We were here for a Marine retirement ceremony. This place is huge! It has a beautiful sun porch that is closed in and a deck outside of that with chairs to sit and watch the sunset. It was very clean and comfortable. I recommend it if you need to be close to the Marine base especially.

This is the cutest little house. It was clean and decorated super cute. The host had great communication and addressed any concerns quickly! Keep in mind this house does not have a bathtub- it is shower only. We traveled with two adults and four children. Even though the house was only two bedrooms/one bathroom- it was still just enough for our family. We loved the view from the property and being able to access a dock. It’s super quiet and peaceful at the location. We look forward to our next stay with the host at around this beautiful location!

Cozy and Simple

Little boathouse cottage was plenty for my family and I. Beautiful back porch overlooking dock and inlet was perfect for morning coffee and breakfast. Short ride to the beach and shops and yet far enough away from main drag. Stay here for quiet and relaxing week.

Comfy little cabin for a peaceful getaway. Close enough to shopping and tourist areas for comfort but quiet and serene to escape to. Beautiful setting for relaxing. The closed in porch was heaven.

We enjoyed a quiet Thanksgiving here. The host was on top of things and very helpful with a small issue we had with the door code. The grill outside was a nice touch. My boyfriend's son is a Marine at camp Lejeune. We were here to visit him for the holiday and plan to stay here when we come to visit next time.

Picturesque and Peaceful

Beautiful, waterfront setting with gorgeous sunsets from deck and sunroom. Sunroom very nice to enjoy view when inclement weather. Comfortable beds and cozy indoor spaces for relaxing. Definitely will stay here again!

Time to chill and fish a bit

The cabin was very clean and convenient. It was a pretty spot on the water and great sunsets. The owner was immediately responsive to any questions we had. Check in process was simple and seamless. Definitely would stay here again.

The house and water view are relaxing and spacious. We were able to park our deep-v boat at the dock and trailer in the driveway. The sunroom is like having a 3rd bedroom/living room area. We had a wonderful family vacation and enjoyed the water, fishing and throwing the cast net from the dock, using the grill and enjoying the area.

Perfect

This was the perfect house for our trip. There’s plenty of room for four people. The sunroom and back deck were really nice, especially with the view of the marina off the deck. The hosts were friendly and were available for if we needed anything. The house was close to the beach and restaurants, only about 15 minutes, but was out of the way enough that it felt secluded and private. Definitely will be returning to this house in the future and I highly recommend it
