came down there to do some fishing. When I first pulled up I wasn't quite sure, it looks like it needed a little work outside, but the inside was nice and clean the air conditioning worked well. And it seems it's in a nice neighborhood. I parked right out front and didn't have any problems. I had expensive fishing gear in my truck no issues whatsoever

Had the most wonderful birthday stay.

This place was absolutely perfect for my boyfriend and I to celebrate his birthday. Its a very short drive from all the good stuff and keeps you away from all the traffic. The only part that I would change would be the air conditioning was a little too loud for me, but other than that it was an amazing stay and I would love to stay here again!

A lousy experience

The property is in less than a prime area, and the physical property is in poor shape. The unit was advertised in a misleading fashion, mixing two properties in one add. It states one bedroom sleeps 4. That is actually the other unit. The unit we had did have an old fold down couch. The problem was that there were no bed cloths for it. In general it was a very poor choice and that choice was due to a misleading add. Never again!!

So, they took two tiny one bedroom apartments and opened the doors to their new adventure. Those two tiny apartments quickly grew to what is now 25 houses, apartments, and condo's in Pensacola, and Fort Walton Beach. But the dream did not stop there! They brought in the family. Today's Screaming Reel Properties is now run by the entire family. Brother Cary and his wife Debbie joined the team in 2021 to make it a true family business we also have some of the kids out taking care of things as well. And They will all be looking forward to sharing another Beautiful Day in Paradise with you!
