Private Cottage with Pool

The Pool house is private, next to pool, patio, & in the backyard. Nice decor. Good sized bathroom with shower. Coffee maker, mini-fridge (no freezer), microwave, & queen platform bed. Space is narrow (10 ft) & ideal for 1 or 2 adults. There is also a single cot. Minutes from Perdido Key (about 10 - 15 min) & Pensacola beaches (about 25-30 min. depending on traffic and if the bridge from Pensacola to Gulf Breeze is down, a detour is required & it takes longer) & military base (about 5 - 10 min). Local tv & normally has Wifi. Closeness to pool requires strict diligence by parents of children present. Security includes an outdoor security camera, and smoke detector.

Pool Rules: Adult must be present, no running, no putting any items in pool, no glass, no trash. No parties. Use of the pool is at YOUR OWN RISK.

Do not put anything on the bed cabinet. All trash must go into garbage bag. Clean up any spills on floors or walls. Don't put anything in the pool.

This was the perfect place for us as we were in town for a retirement party . Location and pricing were perfect for us! The pool house was clean, easy to access and comfortable . The host was very communicative.

Sweet little pool house, perfect for two! Very quiet, cozy and relaxing. Perfect for being away from home. Pool was clean and ready for use, grill provided for cooking and host was as sweet as could be.

It was wonderful! We were near lots of beaches and lots of places near buy to go exploring. We really enjoyed the pool and being able to unwind in our own space. Our host was amazing, the place was very clean, had toiletries available to us, and wonderful communication.

PERFECT PLACE

The location is PERFECT! and the check in and out is so easy. I am there to visit with my mother, it's a great place to stay even for a vacation. The location is perfect to ALL beaches and restaurants. The place has everything you need and is a great size.

Wonderful Stay

The pool house was a great stay! the bed was sooooo comfortable. the rental was super clean and the pool was a plus. it was quiet and peaceful. 10/10 would recommend!

Was there to visit family and we just needed a place to sleep. Overall very good for that. Very nice pool but we did not have time to use. Shower was clean and plenty of towels. Very clean. AC and Dehumidifier worked great. Even when it was humid outside( we were in Florida), it was dry and comfortable inside. Never saw the host but always responded to texts.Overall, a great small place to sleep. My only complaint was the bed and how it is located with one side against the wall. I had to crawl over my wife to get to the other side. Was difficult with my arthritis etc. the mattress was a little too soft for my taste. Would stay again.

Cute cozy weekend visit

My preteen daughter and I stayed for a weekend and we were busy during the daytime but enjoyed waking up to morning swims in the pool. Owner was very kind and welcoming. Very clean and well kept. I would stay here again.

Weekend fishing trip

I liked it, I would stay here again for sure. It was clean and comfortable. A quiet neighborhood, away from the hubbub and night life with parking right in front. Nice and quiet day and night. Plenty of stores nearby if needed. Only a short drive to the shore.

Such a great place to stay

Clean place, cozy, pool is very nice. They are very nice and welcoming people and if you have any questions they help immediately or as soon as they can, I loved it overall! My favorite place I’ve been! I will definitely book again! I will note for no confusion, if you are looking for a place with a stove/kitchen it’s not your place only since it’s a pool house but we had no issues at all! 10/10!!

Just what i needed

I rented this pool house to catch up with a friend in the area and get rid of some stress. It was just the place for it. Good sleep and good times floating in the pool.

Exactly what it says it is

We were only there to sleep. We had everything we needed. The pool was sparkling, the room was clean and the neighborhood was very quiet. All of the owners instructions were easy to follow. We didn't need anything because they had thought of everything. Dana

Private stay

Enjoyed the cleanliness of the facility and the pool. Communication was great and was accurate. One area that needs attention is improved air conditioning. We appreciate that the owner already had it going but the room never felt cool. Made it hard to get rest being so warm.
