Very clean and well-maintained apartment with off-street parking in the heart of Little Italy. Excellent coffee shops and restaurants a few minutes’ walk away. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location! Beautiful space! Nice front porch for people watching! Off street parking is a great perk! Lovely sycamore out front.Little Italy within walking distance-arts, parks, museums too! We had the greatest Chicken Parm sub ever two minutes away at LaPizzeria! Seriously, we took a picture!Would stay here again and recommend to others!

Very clean, convenient and cozy! We walked everywhere: the Art Museum, restaurants on Mayfair and even up the hill to Lakeview Cemetery to check Garfield's Memorial and the Tiffany window in Wade Chapel. Very quiet, too.

Short walk to several Little Italy restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops. Several art studios in the area. Neighborhood full of college students...made me feel a few years younger!Property owner was very responsive and great to work with.

It was a perfect spot for a short girls getaway. Walking distance to all of Little Italy. Cozy, clean and comfy. Covered, off street parking in back. Coffee available to brew, which was a nice added convenience.

Perfect little apartment for our visit to Case Western. The host was great with communication and the check-in process was very easy. The location was perfect as we were walking distance to campus, a half a block from Blue Sky Brews (cute coffee shop) and close to a ton of cool neighborhoods. The apartment itself was cozy and had everything we needed. And we found the beds to be super comfortable (on the firmer side which we like). It was spotless and we felt at home. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent rental and location

The rental is very clean and comfortable. The beds were firm, but super comfortable. The location was in walking distance to great bars and restaurants. I would stay here again.

Great location

Great location. Had everything we needed. Only complaint is that the beds were too firm, but that’s a matter of personal preference. Would rent again

Perfect weekend getaway!

It was clean, comfortable, and a great location to walk to local restaurants. The covered parking in the home's garage was much appreciated as it snowed while we were there. It had everything we needed for our girls' weekend, and "charming" describes it perfectly!

Great stay visiting Case Western for my daughter to check it out. Able to walk to tour and good food. Enjoyed Home Bistro and Algebra Tea House. And enjoyed AC, it wasn’t that hot but felt that way with the humidity. And caught a great show in the theater district. Smooth check-in and spacious off street parking. I thought it was two spots but was all for us.
