Brian was wonderful! He was very accommodating and always quick to respond. The house was perfect for me and my daughter while she was an outpatient at Cleveland Clinic for a month. Air conditioning worked great. The beds and couch were very comfortable. It’s also in a quiet area, which I really appreciated. Parking and entry were very easy as well. We really enjoyed our stay!

Brian’s place was fantastic. It was super clean and cute , and had the necessities. Brian was great at communication and very helpful. Parking was easy. I would definitely recommend this place !

Shops nearby, rooms were clean, host was very responsive when I had a question. Very quiet which I like. Would highly recommend.

Both the property and host were excellent! My husband and I were in Cleveland for a procedure at Cleveland Clinic, and it was so nice to have a quiet, restful place to stay. The communication was excellent, the property clean and lovely, the location was incredibly convenient, and I could not be more grateful. It made what could have been an extremely stressful trip into something pleasant and lovely.

My new husband and I enjoyed staying here for our wedding weekend in Shaker Heights. We didn't have a car for half of our stay, so we appreciated being able to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and the movie theater. The property was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for the 2 of us to unpack and do some remote work. Checking in and out was extremely easy.

Brian was a great host, the unit was even better than the pictures. Nice and clean with everything needed for a weekend in town. It is an easy drive to downtown, but also had restaurants close by. There were only two of us, but could comfortably host four.

Home away from home

Our daughter had a medical procedure done and this home provided her and her husband as well as two young daughters a wonderful place to live for a week. It was comfortable and very clean. Brian was easy to communicate with and wanted to make sure everything was there that they would need. Very nice place to stay!

This guest had a great time at our property and then left a 1 star review as a retaliation for having to pay for damages because they threw an unauthorized party. Unfortunately the house was left in an unacceptable manner, we had to throw away sheets and do a carpet cleaning. Liquor spilled, late checkout and way more than two guests at the property which is how it was booked.
