Take a dip in the heated, screened-in pool surrounded by brand new landscaping: lush green lawn and flowering gardens. The fully fenced backyard gives you complete privacy — your own little slice of paradise - plus your dogs can run free.

Inside, everything is fresh and ready. Brand new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, and AC, all freshly painted and fully stocked. The kitchen comes loaded with utensils, appliances, spices, and everything you need to cook a real meal. Beach towels, chairs, a shade tent to take to the beach, bath towels, and linens are all provided.

There is a private, non-gated pool, in a pool cage. The guest acknowledge full liability for using the pool and confirms all in their party can swim.
Empty all trash incl personal items and food and take to yellow lid can for recycling and green lid can for landfill. Trash days Tuesday and Friday.
Leave air conditioning set at 80F upon departure, lock all windows, doors and sliding doors. Place keys in the lock box. Turn off fans.

The house was as described and had everything we could need and more. It was pet friendly, with a screened in pool area that was awesome and a privacy fence around the back yard. It was very clean and conveniently located to food and the beach. Would absolutely recommend 100%!

We were there for a month and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was close to the beach, very clean, well stocked, and had an exceptional outdoor space around the pool and a fenced in area for our dog.

Very nice pool and enclosure! Nice updated house with all tile floors and great spacious rooms. The master bathroom is very nice with a dual shower system. The host was very responsive and gave very detailed instructions and information before and during the stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO in Bonita Springs and would definitely stay again. The location was excellent, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops while still feeling quiet and relaxing.The home was very clean with a great layout and plenty of space. We loved the decor, which was fun and unique and gave the home a lot of personality.The pool was a highlight and perfect for relaxing. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.

Very nice home, clean, comfortable and it was a great location! It was close to the beach, iice cream and good restaurants! We loved the pool , artwork and bikes!

Great Place

Alexandria’s place was very clean, spacious and opened. The pool was clean, warm and inviting. The location was perfect, best ice cream shop down the street and close to lots of restaurants and grocery. The neighborhood was very quiet. Great place to stay.

We hope to return

Great fenced in yard for our dogs. Enjoyed the pool. We have hopes of returning next year which says a lot about the property and host.

Terrific Bonita Springs Rental

We found this house to be relaxing, comfortable, and very clean. It has a well-equipped and spacious kitchen where it was easy to prepare meals. The outside area and pool added much to the vacation atmosphere.Its location is excellent. Close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping and is in a quiet neighborhood where it is easy for taking walks. We would definitely rent this house again.

Great Location with Nice Pool

Stayed 7 weeks, enjoying the pool every other day on average. Great location with easy access to the beach, plus close to Naples and Ft Myers airport. Very safe neighborhood, with a deputy sheriff living directly across the street. Easy access to great restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, and shopping. And it's just a 5 minute walk from Royal Scoop ice cream shop!

Amazing pink palace

This place is awesome! The pictures don't do it justice. Better than the pics. Pool is nice and deep, outdoor set up is great. Nice private fenced in backyard. Owner very quick to address questions or concerns. Well stocked kitchen and towels. Excellent location to the beach. Would definitely stay here again- excellent experience! (Be sure to try brownie batter at the ice cream shop down the street.)

Excellent Experience

We needed a place quickly and the host responded as such. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet. We walked nearly every day, even enjoying an ice cream at Royal Scoop just a 5 min walk away. The condo is fresh, inviting, clean and peaceful. It’s minimalistic in decor, just the way I like it. The beds were comfortable and additional pocket doors offer added privacy when needed. The pool had all day sun, in addition to a fully covered outside area making it a fabulous FL experience. Communication with the owner was spot on. I give this stay a 5+ star! In a heartbeat, we’d stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Alexandra’s lovely home. It truly checked all the boxes—comfortable, well-maintained, and conveniently located near several great restaurants and beautiful beaches. Our favorite was Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park, which we visited multiple times during our stay.Most importantly, we shared amazing moments with our closest family members, creating memories that will last a lifetime. Por qué eligió esta propiedad

It's a single family residence, with a large landscaped yard and a heated pool, in a quiet residential neighborhood. On the edge of Naples and Bonita Springs in Collier County. It's a mile from Barefoot and Bonita Beaches and you can easily walk or bike it. Bonita Springs, Mercato and Vanderbilt Beach are very close by as are multiple restaurants and shops. The most famous ice cream shop is at the end of my road, about 3 min walk.
