Wonderful host and beautiful accommodations. Host was easy to reach and communicated quickly. Outside of the downtown area, but close enough to make trips into Anchorage easy.

The house was very clean. Washer/dryer on the second floor was a great convenience. We didn’t cook much but the kitchen was set up well. Great location - close to the airport, grocery, etc. Our trip was a once in a lifetime kind of thing but if I ever find myself in Anchorage again I would reserve again.

Great place!

Will keep this place on my short-list for when we next travel to Anchorage. Even the kids comment how much they liked it. Quiet, great location & layout, easy check-in and -out.

Lovely place was outstanding

We stayed at the Lovely Place for a couple of nights in Anchorage before leaving on a cruise. The house is immaculate, it is well stocked, convenient to grocery store and other necessities. We would happily stay at the Lovely Place again.

We stayed at the Lovely Place for two nights before departing on our cruise in June 2024. It was perfect for our family of 7. Lisa was great to work with and very helpful. Highly recommended!

Very nice. Exciting to wake up to moose in the back yard. Close to Campbell Creek walking trail. Would stay here again.

Absolutely perfect

3 clinical students stayed here for 5 weeks!! This place was absolutely perfect in every way from the location, layout, and cleanliness. Lisa was so easy to work and communicate with. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!! We appreciate Lisa and her husband. Alaska was beautiful and amazing. We hope to be back.

Good times in great place

Host was great and willing to work with us and answer any questions. House was very nice. It’s in a quiet neighborhood far enough away from downtown as to not be overcrowded, yet close enough your minutes away. Lot of stores & restaurants just a short drive away. We have a 40’ RV motorhome and was able to park in the driveway & park the car sideways in front of it.
