Summary:
Beautiful oasis to relax with the family and friends. Forget all your worries. Five minutes to the beach, you can dock your boat, walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants and more. Very quiet and family oriented neighborhood. The home is fully equipped with full size appliances. Everything you will need to feel right at home. You can enjoy the outdoor playground, mini golf, and many other amenities the home has to offer.

Other Things to Note:
✔ No smoking is allowed in the home.
✔ No parties or events are allowed.
✔ No pets are allowed.
✔ Respect the neighbors.
✔ Be mindful of your noise levels at all times.
✔ Two towels per person are provided based on your total amount of guest.

Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as
soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. Any unreported
damages will result in a damages fee and may face automatic cancellation of your reservation, and
reporting to AirBNB. There are exterior security cameras for the safety of our guest and home that are not to be tampered with. In doing so may face automatic cancellation. There is a noise monitoring device in the home.

Vacation

The property was exactly as advertised. It was an excellent location. The cleanliness was excellent. Everything’s absolutely perfect and the owner was absolutely very helpful upon check in and check out we need the crib and was in the house when we we got there. Would definitely go back there again with my family.

Enjoyed Our Stay

Overall, the house is great. Very spacious, in a good location near Hallandale Beach, and ideal for a family or a friend group. However, the manager/owner was unresponsive. We had a few minor questions about the property after we arrived but never heard back.

Great place but host is unresponsive

The place is nice but don’t expect an immediate response to any issues. We had an urgent matter regarding early check in but it was ignored.

Beautiful home & kind host

This home was absolutely gorgeous. Right on the water with a pool and large interior. All the bedrooms were spacious and there were plenty of areas to gather both inside and outside of the property. Home was very clean and communication with the host & property manager was prompt and courteous. Would definitely recommend. If you’re planning to go to downtown Ft. Lauderdale it was about a half hour drive and Ubers were always available

Wonderful, spacious home in Hallandale Beach!

Overall, our group of 14 guests had a terrific time staying 3 nights at this Hallandale Beach property!Convenient location and walkable to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, shops, and Gulfstream Park.6 comfortable beds across 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms (3 showers, no bathtub). The sofa in the sun room also has a pullout bed, which was a welcomed surprise! The additional amenities could use some TLC, but nice to have access to all the kitchen appliances, W/D, large TVs, WiFi, large outdoor patio space, and arcade games in the garage. The pool, hot tub and grill need a bit of a deep clean and the two putting greens were cool, but the cups weren't fully installed (stuck out of the ground). The billiard table in the garage is nice to have, but the cue sticks did not have tips and were therefore unusable. The check-in process is simple and efficient and communication with the host was consistent with responses to questions coming through same-day or next day. Checkout procedures are straightforward and easy to complete. A few additional observations; plan to bring your own trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper or purchase at the nearby Publix or Walmart. If you're sleeping in or around the sun room, be advised it does not have shades or curtains, but the sunrise is awesome if you're an early riser. If ever heading back to this area, I would absolutely stay here again and recommend the property to others!

Do you like roaches? Then book it. Otherwise, DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE.

I can't recommend against this place enough. It should be less than 1 star. Let's be clear--DON'T DO BOOK HERE. We tried diligently to communicate with the owners. After reading the prior reviews, I felt compelled to reach out to them and ask if I should be concerned about the complaints about cleanliness and communication. They reassured me those were just misunderstandings. They were NOT. Those prior reviewers' experiences were OUR experiences. Here are the issues we brought to their attention DURING our stay that were ignored.1. There was NO drinking water. Not from the fridge or the office-style water dispenser in the kitchen.2. The pool was filthy and had not be cleaned. The owners copped to it and laid the blame on the pool guy, who they said was also supposed to service the water dispenser.3. They advertised arcade video games. One didn't work and one had no sound.4. There were no HAND TOWELS or bath soap in the bathrooms. There were no garbage bags or dishwasher detergent, despite them saying so. That's all to say THEY COULD NOT PROVIDE THE BARE MINIMUM FOR REGULAR HYGIENE.5. There was no propane in the grill and no coffee with the coffee maker. No hospitality.6. The microwave door was broken.7. LAST BUT NOT LEAST--ROACHES IN THE KITCHEN.I gave them ample opportunity to make it right, they chose to repeatedly lie to me. I have a great deal of research on the three owners, and it seems to be a common theme. Don't do business with them or book this property

Tombs Ft Lauderdale

I have been in contact with the host and provided multiple issues (in detail) with our stay. He verified everything with his property manager. I requested reasonable compensation & he came back with an offer that was offensive to say the least. I am hoping that you would be able to help with this issue. I can provide the same details.
