Ocean View Home, just steps to the Beach! Family friendly!

Mexico Beach is a hidden gem on the "Forgotten Coast" of Florida's panhandle. Just outside of Panama City, this quiet beach town is a family favorite, and the spacious white beaches have been bringing people back for years. This ocean view home sits on a dead end street with beach access so you are literally just a few steps to the beach. No need to pack everyone in the car or haul beach equipment for miles, just walk right over!

The home itself was recently remodeled, and has a great open layout on the main level. Plenty of seating for the whole family and lots of space in the kitchen for cooking. Out back, a fenced in patio provides privacy and a great area for grilling and outdoor meals.

All the bedrooms are upstairs and each bedroom has a smart TV to access all your streaming favorites. We provide hulu live tv so you can stay up to date on all your can't miss shows. Strong wifi is provided throughout the home as well. The first guest room has a great view of the ocean and gets fantastic light in the mornings. The second bedroom is a twin over full bunk room for all the kids. The master bedroom has it's own full bath with a walk-in shower. It also has a great balcony with sliding doors - perfect for watching the ocean while sipping your morning coffee.

Once you leave the house there is tons to do! Check out the little shops in town, grab some great local seafood, search for shells at Shell Island, play some golf, or even venture further down the panhandle and visit Port St. Joe or Cape San Blas.

Our family has fallen in love with Mexico Beach and we know you will too!

The condo was extremely clean, the kitchen, bathrooms, and living room area all included. The location was great, close to the beach and local merchants.Our host was responsive to any questions we had in a matter of minutes.The location of the condo was very family oriented and clean.

Family vacation

We had a great time staying here! The location is perfect. We came down with my entire family 16 of us and we were all able to stay very close together in the area. The walk to the beach was approximately 5 min (with little ones) the littles loved having their own rooms with the bunk beds. Overall the stay was very relaxing and no troubles at all. Communication was great and highly recommended!

Steps to the ocean…

Such a great location. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops! Brian was easy to contact and made sure everything was right. We love Mexico Beach and will definitely be back! One Particular Harbor is a GREAT condo and offers everything you need for a great vacation!

Great Vacation!

We loved the condo, how it is decorated, number of rooms, and cleanliness. It was extremely quiet even with both units next door being occupied. It had easy access to the beach and shops. We would definitely say again!!

Very relaxing getaway

My friends and I stayed here in March 2024 for spring break. The property was extremely clean, had plenty of room, and was all around perfect. The beds were comfortable and the AC works great. The TV had all the streaming services you would expect, and there was also a selection of DVDs. The close proximity to the beach, shops, and Mango Marley’s was incredibly convenient. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything We Were Looking For

Our stay at this property was so enjoyable. We had a whole week with our kids and grandkids for the first time in several years. The unit is well kept and just a couple of minutes walk to the beach. We had one night when the A/C went out and Brian, the owner, had someone come out right away to assess the problem. When it turned out that it couldn't be fixed until the next day, several fans were brought to us and Brian reimbursed us for our inconvenience the very next day without us even asking! Mexico Beach is our favorite place and we would be happy to stay in this townhome again.

Lovely Beach Townhouse

The townhouse was very neat, clean and decorated very nice. We didn’t know that all the bedrooms were upstairs till after booking. We don’t have mobility issues, but hauling everything upstairs and downstairs was challenging. We are also used to sleeping on SleepNumber beds & pillows. We found the beds too firm and the pillows too flat. We did enjoyed our first visit to Mexico Beach! The sand is so amazingly White, but The ocean was not clear like in Destin, so that was disappointing. We still had a Great time! Thank You for the Wonderful Experience!

Great Location

This very clean and comfy vacation home is just steps to the beach and steps to the Marina, which serves as a convenient store. Mexico Beach is a beautiful place to get away from all the bussiness of life. The best word to describe Mecico Beach is calm. A few hours after dinner, the town closes down. We enjoyed the local restaurants and cute shops in the area. Everything is on the main strip so everything is easy to find. We went to Panama City Beach frequently for a little more action and loved coming back to the peaceful area of Mecico Beach, where you can see the stars at night. A big plus for those of us from areas where you can't see the stars at night. The home is adorable and I want to stress very clean. Our family has been staying at VRBOs approximately 10 years and this was the cleanest home we have vacationed at. There is a place to rent chairs and other beach items. It was a little pricey for us, so we didn't end up renting anything from them. Pack beach items if you don't want to rent them. An example is a beach chair is $15 per 24 hours. The kitchen was stocked with nice pots, pans and tools. You will need to bring spices and cooking oil. There was salt and pepper. We used the pull out couch and there were plenty of linens for the pull out couch. The other beds were comfy. Good amount of towels. Bring your own beach towels. This was a great home in a great location!! We highly recommend!!!

Very convenient location to the beach, beautiful and very clean house! Well equipped kitchen to make meals, an we enjoyed the sand toys for the kids to play with. We had Everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. Just remember, bring your own beach towels. Thank you, Brian! Very responsive to all needs!

We cannot wait to stay here again! This is definitely going to be our “go to” beach house every single time! The house was so comfortable, clean, spacious, and super close to the beach access! Great property just a short walk from the beach.

We loved our stay at this property. There were no surprises and everything was as described in the listing. The owner and property managers were very communicative and responded quickly to questions.Mexico Beach is an awesome place to stay because it’s quieter than neighboring beaches. You might have to go a little farther to find putt putt, but traffic is quiet and there are enough cute little stores and restaurants in the area that you can stay put and never get in your car the whole week that you stay.We would definitely return to this property!

Family Trip

The location and accommodations were great. The only thing I would mention is to check the propane in the tank prior to planning a grill night. It was empty. Also, the owner of this unit lets you control the AC yourself. Other units have WiFi thermostats so they regulated the room temps, not good!

Great stay

Loved the quiet location. There were many mornings where we had the beach all to ourselves!The townhouse was very clean and was stocked with everything we needed.
