Ocean View Home, just steps to the Beach! Family friendly!

Mexico Beach is a hidden gem on the "Forgotten Coast" of Florida's panhandle. Just outside of Panama City, this quiet beach town is a family favorite, and the spacious white beaches have been bringing people back for years. This ocean view home sits on a dead end street with beach access so you are literally just a few steps to the beach. No need to pack everyone in the car or haul beach equipment for miles, just walk right over!

The home itself was recently remodeled, and has a great open layout on the main level. Plenty of seating for the whole family and lots of space in the kitchen for cooking. Out back, a fenced in patio provides privacy and a great area for grilling and outdoor meals.

All the bedrooms are upstairs and each bedroom has a smart TV to access all your streaming favorites. We provide hulu live tv so you can stay up to date on all your can't miss shows. Strong wifi is provided throughout the home as well. The first guest room has a great view of the ocean and gets fantastic light in the mornings. The second bedroom is a twin over full bunk room for all the kids. The master bedroom has it's own full bath with a walk-in shower. It also has a great balcony with sliding doors - perfect for watching the ocean while sipping your morning coffee.

Once you leave the house there is tons to do! Check out the little shops in town, grab some great local seafood, search for shells at Shell Island, play some golf, or even venture further down the panhandle and visit Port St. Joe or Cape San Blas.

Our family has fallen in love with Mexico Beach and we know you will too!

Great Beach trip!

This was our first trip to Mexico Beach and definitely won’t be the last. We loved the convenience and proximity to the beach, and enjoyed that it wasn’t overcrowded. Would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a beach adventure.

Beautiful and clean

It was a very beautiful place with a 2-3 minute walked to the beach. It was very helpful being able to rinse our feet off outside before entering home. We would definitely visit again!

Steps to the ocean…

Such a great location. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops! Brian was easy to contact and made sure everything was right. We love Mexico Beach and will definitely be back! One Particular Harbor is a GREAT condo and offers everything you need for a great vacation!

Very relaxing getaway

My friends and I stayed here in March 2024 for spring break. The property was extremely clean, had plenty of room, and was all around perfect. The beds were comfortable and the AC works great. The TV had all the streaming services you would expect, and there was also a selection of DVDs. The close proximity to the beach, shops, and Mango Marley’s was incredibly convenient. I would definitely stay here again!

Forgotten coast is a true Gem!

Wonderful townhouse and beautiful decor. Great location just steps from the beach. People of the area are very friendly and welcoming. Brian the owner is great to work with on your stay. Truly a great experience all around.

Lovely Beach Townhouse

The townhouse was very neat, clean and decorated very nice. We didn’t know that all the bedrooms were upstairs till after booking. We don’t have mobility issues, but hauling everything upstairs and downstairs was challenging. We are also used to sleeping on SleepNumber beds & pillows. We found the beds too firm and the pillows too flat. We did enjoyed our first visit to Mexico Beach! The sand is so amazingly White, but The ocean was not clear like in Destin, so that was disappointing. We still had a Great time! Thank You for the Wonderful Experience!

Great Vacation!

We loved the condo, how it is decorated, number of rooms, and cleanliness. It was extremely quiet even with both units next door being occupied. It had easy access to the beach and shops. We would definitely say again!!

Absolutely stunning

The beach house was beautifully decorated and fit the needs of our stay. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The beach was easily accessible, at the end of the street. Gorgeous white sands and clear water. The Mexico beach area is in the middle of being rebuilt after hurricane Michael 5 years ago. Currently, this place isn't touristy which was amazing since we could avoid the busy streets and traffic. However, if we wanted, it was a short 20 minute drive to either Port St Joe or Panama to visit tourist type stores or attractions. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely home. Definitely a place I want to visit again.

Everything was perfect! plenty of room for all of us! Home is very comfortable. Having the pull out couch was also a plus! We would love to be able to book here again in the future. Brian gives quick responses to all questions and his in town help is also very kind and willing to help when it is needed! Would recommend to Anyone!

Everything We Were Looking For

Our stay at this property was so enjoyable. We had a whole week with our kids and grandkids for the first time in several years. The unit is well kept and just a couple of minutes walk to the beach. We had one night when the A/C went out and Brian, the owner, had someone come out right away to assess the problem. When it turned out that it couldn't be fixed until the next day, several fans were brought to us and Brian reimbursed us for our inconvenience the very next day without us even asking! Mexico Beach is our favorite place and we would be happy to stay in this townhome again.

Great Location

This very clean and comfy vacation home is just steps to the beach and steps to the Marina, which serves as a convenient store. Mexico Beach is a beautiful place to get away from all the bussiness of life. The best word to describe Mecico Beach is calm. A few hours after dinner, the town closes down. We enjoyed the local restaurants and cute shops in the area. Everything is on the main strip so everything is easy to find. We went to Panama City Beach frequently for a little more action and loved coming back to the peaceful area of Mecico Beach, where you can see the stars at night. A big plus for those of us from areas where you can't see the stars at night. The home is adorable and I want to stress very clean. Our family has been staying at VRBOs approximately 10 years and this was the cleanest home we have vacationed at. There is a place to rent chairs and other beach items. It was a little pricey for us, so we didn't end up renting anything from them. Pack beach items if you don't want to rent them. An example is a beach chair is $15 per 24 hours. The kitchen was stocked with nice pots, pans and tools. You will need to bring spices and cooking oil. There was salt and pepper. We used the pull out couch and there were plenty of linens for the pull out couch. The other beds were comfy. Good amount of towels. Bring your own beach towels. This was a great home in a great location!! We highly recommend!!!

Spring Break 2023

We loved our stay! The close proximity to the beach is perfect. It is also nice to be able to park right in front of the home. It is just so convenient! The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need and the dining table inside and out on the patio allow for a large group to eat comfortably. We will be returning.

Long Weekend to Celebrate Birthdays

The stay was fantastic. The walk to the beach is short. The property is as described. The only issues were the toaster was not adequate for bagels, we could not find a blender, and the propane on the grill had to be changed but there was plenty there. We plan to stay here again.

Excellent home steps from the beach

We had 6 people stay and the home was in perfect condition from the layout to the cleanliness. We had no issues and loved our time there. You are literally steps from the beach and right across the street is the Shell Shack which sells fresh seafood for you to tkae home and cook. The grogery store is about 15 minutes away but it is in a great place called Port St. Joe wwhich has lots of shopping and restaurants. We will be coming back this Summer.

Annual Vacation

We take our annual family vacation every year in Mexico Beach and this year it was the best one yet. The condo was beautiful and clean. Tracy (the concierge) was a pleasure to speak with. She went out of her way to make sure we taken care of. We will definitely be staying there again.
