The exclusive complex is nestled in a designated nature preserve. Close to everything the condo is conveniently located only a few minutes to Delnor Wiggins State Beach, Vanderbilt Beach, and/or Barefoot Beach, Mercato and 15 minutes to Coconut Pointe Mall. Ft. Myers International Airport is 20 minutes away by car or Uber.
This gorgeous unit has 1800 sq ft. with cathedral ceilings and a huge lanai with a second kitchen on the lanai overlooking the lake with a waterfall. The bedrooms both have queen beds and adjoining bathrooms. The living room has 2 leather sofas that recline. There is a large smart TV in living room, and in each bedroom. The washer and dryer are in a separate utility room inside the unit. Fully equipped kitchen.
Unit has bikes, tennis rackets, pickleball paddles, large selection of books and beach equipment. We love our little piece of paradise in Naples and hope you will find it as restful and refreshing as we do when we spend time there. Great views of the lake and preserve from the lanai and we always enjoy the sounds of Falling Waters many waterfalls throughout. Great heated pool for a relaxing dip or head out of the gated community and head to the nearby Mercado, numerous restaurants or Vanderbilt, Wiggins Pass or Barefoot beaches all only minutes away.
