Beautiful 1 bedroom beachfront condo at Edgewater

Welcome to Edgewater Beach and Golf resort Tower III unit 509. This newly updated 1 bedroom unit features stylish new furniture along with new tile and carpet. Whether you like spending your day at one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, hitting the challenging par 3 golf course, or spending your day sipping a pina colada and lounging at the incredible lagoon pool, Edgewater has you covered. There are too many amenities to mention in detail. You really must see for yourself!

About the space:
This is a 1 bedroom condo with a king bed and a queen pullout sofa bed. It has 1 full bathroom and a full kitchen.

Guest access:
This is a private condo. You will have the entire condo to yourselves. Other areas such as the beach, pools and hot tubs will be shared although tower 3 has its own pool and hot tub located directly in front of it.

Other things to note:
I employ a very good cleaning company to clean this condo.
The gym and the golf course require fees for use.

Awesome condo in PCB!

We loved staying at this oceanfront condo at the Edgewater! The condo itself and the resort were both updated, very clean and nicely decorated. Private beach. Easy check-in/out process with door passcode. On site bar/grill and Starbucks. Close by stores and restaurants. Easy, effective communication with the owner. Would definitely stay here again.

Week getaway with my husband after a summer of wedding for the best relaxing week ever! Condo was clean, cozy and exactly as described in the listing. We have stayed at same complex before but different condo and would rebook here again!

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Edgewater is located on the sugar white sands of the Emerald Coast. These beaches are second to none. Edgewater's location allows you quick access to everything you could want. There are many shops, grocery stores and great restaurants nearby. This particular condo is right on the beach facing directly at the beach on the 5th floor. Many of the units are at an angle to the beach but this one is unique that it faces right at the gulf.

Edgewater is known for it's amenities. There is a 9 hole golf course, a restaurant on site (Ocean's), many pools and hot tubs. In the summer they set up an outdoor bar on the patio. There is a small shop (Edgie's) where you can get your morning latte. The shop also carries snacks and drinks as well as various odds and ends like batteries, toiletries, beach toys, sunscreen etc. There is a gym and tennis courts. Edgewater has security and is gated so you can feel comfortable knowing that your vehicle is safe.
