Some of the cutlery, glassware and dishes need help, otherwise everything else was fine.

We had the best time on our getaway to the gulf. This condo was very clean, the location was perfect, you are literally steps away from the beach. The sunsets were absolutely stunning. We have no complaints.We really enjoyed the beach house waterfront restaurant down the street and the gulf drive cafe. Both were right down the street. Highly recommend renting a golf cart, you can travel and park all over the island with ease. The kids loved it.Our only hiccup was that the elevator had just gone down right before we loaded up a full cart of luggage and groceries for a family of four. It was a bit rough lugging everything up to the top, but the manager was very apologetic and even helped carry things for us. It was up and working shortly after. We are already talking about coming back.

Beautiful Waterfront

Beautiful clean condo on the water. Nice facility. The ice maker and water dispenser were not working when we arrived. I called and it was minutes when they arrived to investigate. Within a day it was fixed and worked great. Highly recommend this condo. We will be returning to stay again.

This condo was very clean. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom which was convenient. The washer and dryer made life so much easier. The view of the beach from the balcony was beautiful. You can hear every wave crash, wish it wasn't screened in though. It's only two stories so it was a quick elevator ride or walk up the stairs. The only complaint I have is that there was no hot water in the kitchen, only slightly warm and the pool was closed for two days while we were there for emergency cleaning. The microwave quit working while we were there, but we were given a countertop one within a few hours so our food could be warmed up. The condo also provides beach chairs, but it truly is first come first serve and several days we had to wait for some to be returned so we could use them. A lot of people took them to the beach early that morning and left them and never even used them or didn't use them until later in the day- selfish.

Sorry about the lack of hot water at the kitchen sink, the pool closure, and the microwave issue — we’ve shared your notes with our operations and maintenance teams to investigate the kitchen water and check/replace appliances as needed; pool closures for emergency cleaning are done for guest safety, but we understand the inconvenience. We also appreciate the feedback about the beach chairs; they are offered first-come, first-serve, and we’ll work with the property team/HOA on clearer signage and options to reduce shortages. My high recommendation is based on my desire to return to this property. At this a point in my life if I not happy with the service/property I'm not returning. As with the Beach House Restaurant down the street I won't be going back there again.
