When you arrive at the main gate entrance for access, please be prepared to show your ID for all occupants over 18 years of age that will be in the vehicles. We will need to get a list of all guests over 18 years of age that will be staying at the Resort prior to you checking in so you can gain access. Once you are through the gate, you will proceed to the Clubhouse for your parking and amenity passes. If you are checking in late or after hours, you can pick them up the next day. Once at the Pool Villa, you will use the last 4 digits of your phone number to open the door and disarm the alarm. The number used will be the number of the person that made the reservation.

Let's start with a beautiful game room with Arcade games, a multi-use table with pool, air hockey, foosball, and several board games...also a special area for your movie or gaming pleasure...all completely air-conditioned! Let's step outside to our covered Lanai offering outdoor dining and an outdoor fan with a few lounge chairs and a propane barbecue grill. Inside you will find beautifully decorated themed rooms and lots of space for the entire family...including a fully stocked kitchen to cook your favorite meals. But wait...there's more! The Resort offers all the amenities that you can imagine...including a lazy river, water park, miniature golf, clubhouse restaurant and bars, basketball court, tennis court, volleyball court, game arcade, family cabanas, and children's play area to name a few...Too much to list....you will not be bored vacationing with us!

After a day filled with theme parks and nearby attractions, let the evening settle in as you unwind in the hot tub, laughter carrying from the game room just inside. This home invites you to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy each moment in comfort.

Sleeping arrangements
With space for up to 12 guests, the home offers five bedrooms and seven beds. Each bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom, Roku TV, and ceiling fan. On the main floor, the primary suite looks out over the pool and offers a king bed, soaking tub, bidet, and separate shower. Upstairs, a second king bedroom also has pool views and a bidet. Two more rooms include one king and one queen bed, while the fifth bedroom features a twin bed. Walk-in closets, additional storage, and fresh cotton linens add thoughtful touches throughout.

Outdoor living
Step outside to a private oasis where a heated pool and hot tub remain open year-round and available at any hour. Comfortable outdoor furniture and a covered lanai invite you to linger, while the gas BBQ makes it easy to gather for al fresco meals. Children can enjoy the backyard playground just steps away, creating a space where everyone can relax and recharge together.

Game room & entertainment
Inside, the air-conditioned game room brings out the playful side in all ages, offering arcade machines, a pool table, foosball, and air hockey. A 65-inch Roku TV completes the space for group fun. The upstairs loft provides a cozy movie nook, and the main living area includes a 55-inch HDTV with streaming options such as Disney+, HBO Max, Apple TV, Amazon Prime, and Hulu.

Family-friendly features
This home is designed with families in mind. A crib, pack ’n play, baby gates, and a standalone high chair are provided, along with children’s dinnerware. Indoors, a dedicated playroom is stocked with toys, games, and books, while outdoors, a play structure offers fresh-air fun for younger travelers.

Kitchen & dining
The fully stocked kitchen includes a Whirlpool stainless steel electric stove, single oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. A drip coffee maker, Keurig, electric kettle, Instant pot, blender, and toaster are provided, along with wine glasses and cooking basics. Meals can be enjoyed at the dining table or more casually at the kitchen island bar seating.

Comfort & convenience
Central heating and air conditioning ensure year-round comfort, while essentials such as towels, soap, and a washer and dryer are included. Parking is available for three cars in the driveway with additional free street parking. Self check-in is provided via keypad, making arrivals simple. Pets are welcome, with a fee.
