Serendipity: #217676 3BR Pool, Spa, PoolTable, BBQ

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the cleanliness, amenities, pool, and game room. We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with the bugs and for the unexpected visits from the pool and landscaping teams. We understand that advance notice would have made those visits much less disruptive, and we’ll work on improving communication around scheduled services. We also appreciate your comments regarding the wear and tear and will keep them in mind as we continue maintaining and improving the property. Thank you again for staying with us, and we’re glad you were still able to enjoy your trip overall.

Looking forward to hosting you again!
