This charming cottage home offers the following:

✓ Designer-selected fixtures and furniture
✓ High-speed internet, work desk, keyless entry & 3 smart TVs for streaming
✓ Spacious kitchen w/ granite countertops, gas range, & stainless appliances
✓ Master suite features a walk-in closet, separate shower & tub, & double vanities
✓ Laundry room includes a 2022 washer/dryer
✓ Fresh linens, towels, toiletries, & essentials provided
✓ Exterior features a covered front porch & back patio & a fully fenced backyard with a small grill
✓ Access to a small open park across the street
✓ Close to River Ranch, Red's Gym, Moncus Park and the best restaurants

The entire cottage will be yours to enjoy!

Safe, established neighborhood in proximity to lots of shopping & restaurants. Open park in front of property.
Getting Around:
1 covered parking spot available and 1 open parking spot in front of patio available (park parallel to road). Please don't block neighbors. Public bus available along Johnston St.
Other Things to Note:
5% discount on accommodation fees for military or first responders!
Parking is tight so not ideal for large vehicles. No trailers or any other attachments for vehicles allowed.
