STARTER PACK
This home comes with a starter park of consumables which include 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towel, 1 garbage bag per trash bin, 1 box of additional garbage bags under the kitchen sink, 1 bottle of kitchen dish soap, 1 tub of laundry detergent, 1 mini toiletry set per bathroom which includes shampoo, conditioner, and bar soap. Guests will be responsible for additional needs.

To ensure the safety and security of all our guests, we do ask that you provide the first and last names of all adults staying at the property. This is just a standard measure that our dedicated 24/7 security team uses to keep the resort a secure and peaceful place to enjoy your vacation. To receive your door code to the home, we do require your guest list first. When you arrive, our friendly security team may ask to see identification to verify the names of the guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to maintain the security and tranquility of this resort community.

This property contains a removable pool safety fence situated by the pool area. If this fence is removed during the guest`s stay, then the guest will be held entirely responsible for any and all use of the pool and spa. It should also be noted that there is no lifeguard on duty, and so any use of the pool, whether by children or adults, should be under the supervision of a strong swimmer. Furthermore, diving, horseplay or running around the pool area is strictly prohibited.
• No parties or events. Guests disregarding the `No Party` policy will be evicted by local law enforcement.
• No smoking in or on the property. A $500 ozone remediation fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.
• No pets allowed. Evidence of a pet brought on the property will require a $250 additional cleaning fee.
• Quiet hours are between 10pm-7am.
• Offensive music is not tolerated at any time.
• No parking allowed on streets. Overflow parking lots available for additional vehicles.
• Trash must be bagged & fit inside bins.
• No loose trash in trash bins.
• Clean the grill after use; a $75 cleaning fee will be charged if left unclean.
• Fireworks are prohibited.
• RVs, trailers & campers are not allowed.
• Zero tolerance for illegal drug use & underage drinking. Guests disregarding this policy will be evicted without refund.
• 25 MPH throughout the resort.
