Another great vacation. The house was perfect for our family and it really is as close to the beach as you can get!

Our first time at this property and we lived it. Grandparents, adult children and grandchildren all give this property an A!! Damon was very responsive and could not have been more helpful!

We so enjoyed our week! It was the first time we had stayed here and the house met all our needs. We had plenty of room, right on the beach, and a quiet neighborhood. The owner was also quick to respond to any questions we had. We will be back!!

Perfect family vacation spot. The property is steps to the beach and tucked away in a hidden nook making it quiet and away from traffic. We have rented this property for the past 4 years and plan to rent next year as well.

Our week at Inlet Sunset was perfect. The house was as advertised, very comfortable and had everything that we needed, provided. The location is amazing as the beach is right outside the door! We loved the private beach and access to the pool was a bonus! Damon, the host, was fantastic and quick to reply to any questions. We already re-booked!

We had an amazing family vacation at this beach house in Inlet Beach! The home was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for our large group. With 6 bedrooms, everyone had plenty of room to relax and enjoy their stay.The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals throughout the week. The beachfront location was perfect, and we loved having easy access to the beach as well as the shared pool.One of the things we appreciated most was all the extras provided by the owners—there were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys for the kids, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Parking was plentiful, and the location was convenient to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to make family memories. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

You are correct on carpet, we actually have blocked starting day you departed to pull carpet and instal tile.

Great Location, Great Rental

We enjoyed everything about this vacation rental including its location, proximity to the beach, and layout. The included beach chairs & umbrellas were a nice bonus! Highly recommend this property!

We love Inlet Beach and there is no better spot than this one. Damon made us feel at home. The views are the best you can get and you are situated conveniently near all the stores and shops you need.

Our family had a great experience at the property. It has an excellent location to the beach and close to all surrounding activities. Damon was very responsive to all of our questions. Highly recommend!

Beautiful spot on beach

We loved the location and really cannot get closer to the beach. The owner was extremely responsive! My friends and family loved it and already want to book again for next year. My two suggestions on improving include more comfortable seating in the common area and a covered deck-it rained a lot and we were stuck inside when it rained.

Needed some R&R

The home is beautiful and the views are breathtaking! We enjoyed the view while having coffee in the morning on the patio. We enjoyed being able to go for walks/run and easy access to 30A. Hope to come back soon.

Amazing Location and Property

This location absolutely cannot be beat. Amazing views from both levels. You walk off the porch onto the beach. House was clean and very well stocked. Kitchen had everything you could need.
