Very nice property and location. Very clean and cute. I enjoyed the place and would rebook. Great value for the college move out weekend when the hotels were overpriced and booked solid. There is not a pool at the property which was a bit of a disappointment.

This property was very convenient to all the sights we wanted to see in Tallahassee including downtown, the State capitol, nearby state parks, Wakulla Springs State park, and the airport. Parking was convenient. The unit was nicely appointed with bright wall prints, a colorful LR rug and homey touches such as throw pillows and colorful woven placemats, as well as cute, tasteful artificial plants throughout. Beds were definitely comfy! Keurig was provided but would have liked the option of a real coffee maker or a combo machine. My only disappointment was that the host (mgt. company) got quite annoyed when asked about the WiFi login a few times as that info was, unbeknownst to me, far back in our message thread. I guess he wasn't feeling well, but responding in a professional manner and having a little patience would have been appreciated. (Also, the app. kept duplicating my messages to host, which may have contributed to the miscommunication.) Otherwise, very nice stay!

Great & Clean Updated Home

Great stay at this home. Close to everything we needed to travel to. Home was so clean and fresh. Plenty of household items to use and Steve was great with all communications! Our next stay in Tally will be at this home.

FSU Homecoming

The interior looked as if it had been recently renovated. The beds were really comfortable and I liked that the owner even stocked the fridge with bottles of water. I would definitely stay there again.

College dropoff

Great stay and management. Place was everything we needed and Steve was a solid property manager! We had twins to drop off for college, with two different move in dates. The location, amenities and communication made the trip easy and complimentary. Would definitely stay again.

Homecoming success

My stay at the rental was a success, friends and family raved about the cleanliness and the layout. A nice open concept and modern feel. Easy access to major roads, and a quick 15 minute drive to entertainment around the city. I will definitely be booking again.

Excellent two bedroom close to FSU

Clean two bedroom one bathroom less than three miles from FSU. Owner did not raise the price for parents weekend and I was so grateful for this after hearing what happened to so many others. Safe neighborhood, roomy and very comfortable living space and beds. Would definitely stay here every time I visit my nole.

Poor furniture quality and conditions

It was a good stay but could have been better, the quality and conditions of the furnitures are very poor,Sofas are riped, beds makes noise, old appliances, refrigerator with no handles etc

Thank you for your critique-We paid $2,000 for each bed and the pillow sets costs about 300.00. The sofa has a small area we will repair after the back to back bookings slow down or replace. The refrigerator doesn't have a handle by design. But I hope your family had a good stay for $3 an hour
