Private Garden Guest House with separate entrance near FSU, downtown and TMH.

Our home is located on a quiet neighborhood in the middle of downtown Midtown Tallahassee. This separate guest quarters has its own patio which overlooks our swimming pool. We are 3 miles from FSU Campus and only 1/4 mile from Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. We are less than 1 mile from Governors Square Mall and just minutes from great restaurants and shopping. Your room has a queen size bed, private bathroom, along with a mini-fridge for drinks along with a Keurig pot for coffee and tea. Our whole house has a soft water system which also removes chlorine. We are Superhosts with Air*bnb and want to extend that level of service to you through HomeAway/VRBO.

We had a wonderful stay in Tallahassee. The home was comfortable and welcoming, and the beautifully landscaped yard was a highlight. The outdoor space was peaceful, well cared for, and added a special touch to our visit. We would happily stay here again!

Our first time using VRBO and boy did we hit the jackpot! Sean &Vicki have a lovely place, clean, quiet, and we felt completely at ease and safe. The overall experience was truly delightful. Highly recommend this to anyone visiting Tallahassee.

We can't say enough about our stay and overall experience. The location was ideal, with easy access to just about everything. Antique stores were right around the corner, FSU was only 15 minutes away, the hospital was just up the road, and Target, grocery stores, and a variety of restaurants were all nearby. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay, this is the perfect choice. The area was peaceful, with no traffic noise or loud neighbors. The pool was always clean, refreshing, and often felt like we had it all to ourselves. The owners were gracious, kind, and incredibly accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I loved my stay here. I was in town for a reunion and the location was perfect for the various activities that were scheduled. Shops and restaurants are nearby, and the Goodwood Museum & Gardens is in walking distance. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the decor is pretty and soothing. I particularly enjoyed sitting outside on the patio, enjoying a morning coffee and watching birds at the feeder. I neglected to take a suit so I didn't make use of the beautiful pool, but it is pristine. Great hosts, great stay, highly recommend!

Our hosts, Jackie & Sean, are absolutely wonderful! They are gracious, kind, compassionate & checked with us during our stay to ask if there was anything we needed. It was wonderful to be able to return at the end of each day during our stay to a place that was quiet, comfortable & peaceful.

When my son messed up his college orientation timeline…this place saved the day. His two day trip turned into four days. Two of which spent here. Glad my son was able to experience the trials and tribulations of adulthood with the comfort of knowing a dedicated host was nearby.
