Great stay in Sarasota

This place is fantastic- so clean and modern. It has everything you can ever want and then some- my wife couldn’t believe all of the amenities. We didn’t have to go out and purchase anything like we normally do- it is stocked like our house. Love the coffee bar, large kitchen, & modern decor. We were lucky to find such a clean place. Communication with Jennifer was through and compete. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Hidden Gem

Perfect property, everything you need to have a wonderful stay. Three, well appointed, rooms and two full bathrooms. Living space and kitchen are spacious and Publix is a couple minutes down the street. SPOTLESS. Coffee bar was great for decaf at night and regular during the day. Didn’t use the kitchen much, but had spices and the staples there. Would definitely stay again. About 15 min to Siesta Key beach

Best ever rental

Not only did the house exceed our expectations, but the little touches everywhere made it perfect, especially the decorated tree that was lit upon our arrival. We will return!

Back again!

This is our third time staying at one of Jennifer’s properties and her homes are beautiful and clean. We love the neighborhood and that she thinks of everything so your stay is comfortable and that way you feel like you’re at home. Can’t wait to come back again!

Soccer trip

This home is gorgeous! Very well kept and stocked. Coffee bar is complete with drip and k cup machine with all the fixings! The home is beautifully decorated with attention to detail. The kitchen is stocked with anything you could possibly need for meal prep and entertaining. Kiddie cups with kiddie cutlery and dishes. Laundry room was well stocked. The garage had a beach buggy with a cooler and kiddie beach toys. Beach towels were in the upstairs bathroom. Plenty of towels for all guests, shampoo/conditioner and body soap. When I tell you the house is well stocked I mean it! The back patio was amazing! We enjoyed coffee on the screened in porch under the beautiful fans. We travel around Florida and the United States for travel soccer and we usually stay in VRBO properties and this one was by far the most comfortable and made us feel at home. We are definitely going to stay here again!

Couldn’t have been more perfect

We travel a lot for our sons golf tournaments, hotels can be expensive and they never feel like home. Jennifer has created a space that is just like home. The house is beautifully decorated, stocked, and in a great location. We honestly have never felt so at home, thank you!

Clean, modern, spacious, and has all the amenities including YouTube TV. Nice quiet neighborhood and great communication from Jen including excellent suggestions for local dining. If we return to the area there's no doubt we'll book here again.

Girls trip

Great home! This home is equipped with anything you would need in a vacation home. An added bonus was the beach equipment. We would stay here again.

Awesome vacation house

The house was in a perfect location. Close to everything. The house was beautiful and very clean. Perfect setup for my family. Our children were able to be upstairs in the bedrooms and use that bathroom while my husband and I were on the main floor with that bathroom. I would definitely recommend it and will definitely book again in the future.

Winter Break

This is the second year we have been here, the house is spotless, the kitchen is well stocked and we really enjoy this place. Owner is very responsive to any issues. Hope to be back next year.

Beautiful, most well stocked home ever

My daughter was getting married at St. Petes beach. We always stay in the village in Siesta Key but while Looking at homes in the area, I seen this beautiful place. (The pictures do not do it justice at all) I’m so happy we stayed here. My 10 year old son accidentally broke one of the dining room chairs. When I contacted Jennifer the owner, she was absolutely the sweetest understanding woman I’ve ever dealt with. She was more concerned about my son then her chair. I have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and I have never seen a home so amazingly stocked as this one. My friends commented several times how they would like to live in this house forever. I absolutely will be changing my Siesta Key rentals to this home from. Ow on when it’s available. Jennifer, I thank you again for being so kind. Also thank you for sharing this gorgeous home with us. It’s now my favorite.

Beautiful home with well thought of amenities

My sisters, mother, and I absolutely LOVED Jennifer’s beautiful home for our girls getaway! She was a fantastic host - VERY quick to respond and answer any questions (and even offered us a late check out, if we wished). The home was SPOTLESS (Yes… it was!) and had EVERYTHING one could possibly need (Yes… it did!) Her ‘attention to detail’ was very much appreciated, beds were super comfy, neighborhood was very quiet and safe, and we felt very welcomed. We would absolutely recommend her home to anyone looking to stay in the area. We give her a 100 A+, PERFECT SCORE. :)

New "Magnolia-like" Farmhouse Charm

Our family of 3 stayed at Ingram 2 from Sunday, December 17 to Tuesday, December 19. The residence appeared to be very newly furnished, very clean, and comfortable. Well supplied with kitchen accoutrements. Especially loved the coffee bar area. Comfy memory foam beds. Strong shower flow. Large closet areas in bedrooms. Well lit inside & out, including night lights. Lovely back porch gathering area. newer laundry appliances. Well-designed interior. Highly recommend this place! Good communication with owner.

Another Great Stay

Stayed another week at this property and as usual it was great. Fully stocked with anything you need. Neighborhood is very quiet and near anything you need. This will be my go to property when I come to Sarasota.

Hidden Gem

The property was an amazing hidden gem in Sarasota. My employee and I came down to work on a project and happened to find it. The entire house was renovated and done well. The home was stocked with every cooking utensil and dishware needed as well as all the bathrooms and laundry area fully stocked with towels and anything you will need ti be comfortable. The owners really put some thought into this one and was not just a cash grab with minimum items. I stay out 200 nights a year on the road and this was by far one of the best of the year so far. We like it so much we will be staying next week as well! Thanks again!
