Everything on the property was perfect for our family of four. The location is perfect for getting anywhere in Sarasota and the house was just the right size for us.

This house was better than expected. It was cozy, clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The backyard was very private and we enjoyed the pool very much. It was also close to beaches, restaurants and shopping, including a Publix. The owners responded quickly when we had questions. I would highly recommend this property to other vacationers.

The backyard pool area was a private oasis! We enjoyed our time there each and every day. The beaches were just a few minutes away for the day get away. Our host John and Gabrielle were very helpful and resourceful with information about the area. Thanks you very much!

We highly recommend this property. Located 10-45 minutes from everything we wanted to see. Near beaches and downtown Sarasota. Comfortable large mattresses. Very clean, Pool was immaculate and private. Sellers were very quick to respond, accommodating and sensitive to our needs. Neighborhood made us feel like part of the local community. Would stay here again! 10 stars!!

Four children and four adults stayed here. Loved the pool and the beautifully landscaped (private) backyard. Plenty of space for our family. Enjoyed the games and outdoor bags and mini golf. They had lots of beach and pool toys too. Very quiet street, enjoyed the screens in front porch in the mornings.

Catherine, I see you have not rented much on Vrbo. I spend a lot of time cleaning and maintaining with hundreds of items stocked in the home for guests use. I see your four stars and I am sorry the plastic chairs get hot in direct Florida sunlight. As for the tongs, I had asked you in the check in instructions to let me know if you need anything. Rather than ask, you gave me a four star review. This is my personal business of which I try very hard to maintain the home. When you checked out, my home was in gross condition. Food was stuck all over the counters, hair in drawers, clogged and putrid dishwasher, and then I found small seashells in the kitchen disposal where a sign is posted "no shells or bone". I am sorry you were not fully satisfied, and perhaps in the future you can communicate any discrepancies with home owners to allow them a chance to remedy and also be aware you are in someone's home and not a hotel room to treat indiscriminately. Good luck with future rentals here on Vrbo.

This was a perfect home for our stay in Sarasota. The location was convenient to downtown Sarasota, Lido Beach, St. Armand's Key, The Bay Park and many other attractions. The pool and outdoor area were beautiful. Gabby and John are excellent hosts! I would highly recommend this home for your stay in Sarasota.

Loved it here!

Absolutely loved this place. It was so cozy and clean and the outdoor space was like a piece of paradise. The pool and landscaping around it are so beautiful we used it every single day! We would love to come again!

Wonderful stay the best you will get.

Roomy, wonderful swimming pool, great kitchen, dinning and living room combo, we had 7 people and didn't feel cramped...laundry room is really nice too.. Pick this place to stay when your in Sarasota

The house was really nice and pool area was gorgeous. Lido beach was a quick 10 minute drive away. There were many shops and grocery stores within 5 minutes of the property so we got to spend more time enjoying our vacation!

Cute for families and close to Lido Beach as well as Siesta Key - very clean and well maintained - owners are very friendly and accommodating.

House was very clean and comfortable. Our favorite place was sitting on the front porch or hanging out by the pool. Very conveniently located and just a short drive to the beach.

Perfect place for a family get away!

Perfect property for a family to have a get away. The place was super clean, the owners are right next door and available for all our needs. We will for sure re book with them next time we are in town.

Best time ever

We absolutely loved staying at this property and had the best time! Everything we needed was already there for a large family of 7! The owners were great and made sure we had a great time! Can't wait to stay there again!

Can’t wait to be back

We really enjoyed our stay here. The pool was perfect for my family. Location is close to beaches and everything we needed. The hosts were so attentive, kind, and very much wanted us to enjoy the house, area, and our vacation. This place will always be our #1 pick!
