The house was ungodly clean, beautiful work done inside, had everything we needed to cook and eat, and is a super quiet location. I stayed for work, but honestly it was a spot id get with my fiancee if I were in the area again... wayyy nicer than we needed for 2 guys who paint for a living lol

This was a perfect location for us. Close to shopping and restaurants. Convenient to I75. We spent our time with husbands brothers and this was perfect location between them. Will definitely stay here next time we visit them.

Excellent stay at Marlin’s place! Beautifully decorated, everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay, and very communicative host. We had a small issue arise that was addressed within 10 minutes of reaching out, which was efficient and professional! Great stay! The space was even better than the pictures and the beds were incredibly comfortable!

This place was perfect for my husband and I. It was very clean, quiet and private. There were so many thoughtful bonuses like soap and shampoo in the shower, plenty of coffee, laundry detergent, and much more. We will definitely return to this great hideaway

Amazing accommodations. The property was spacious and pet friendly. Very beautiful and perfect for a couple people. Would recommend. Communication with host was amazing and quick!

Well kept and cute unit, back house on large tree covered lot. Stairs to enter. Well stocked kitchen, with coffee, spices and all you need to prep/cook. Comfy beds and clean, nice linens. Beautiful bathroom/shower, seems newly redone. Roosters in area but didn’t wake us, other beautiful birds sounds too. Cute touches with little extra surprises. Great communication and good location close to many restaurants etc. pet friendly but we don’t bring pets.

The home is exactly as described. It's beautifully decorated, has everything you need, very clean and the beds are so comfy. It's within 10 mins from anything you could possibly need or want as far as shopping and food but feels like you are out in the country. Highly recommend.

Amazing stay!

We absolutely loved our time at this property! The decor and overall vibe were so thoughtfully done—it felt stylish, cozy, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The host was incredibly responsive and kind, making everything super smooth from check-in to check-out.The outdoor fire pit was such a great bonus—we spent a couple of evenings out there just relaxing. The location couldn’t have been better—just 5 minutes from UTC, with everything we needed close by.The house was fully stocked with all the amenities you could ask for—kitchen essentials, comfy linens, toiletries, and more. You can tell the host really put care into making sure guests feel right at home. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

A hidden GEM in Sarasota!!

It's hard to convey what an absolutely gorgeous place this is and what a perfect fit it was for our plans to join with family in nearby Meadows Country Club over Easter weekend. The place has either just been built or was recently totally, tastefully renovated. There are king size beds in both bedrooms and we had no difficulty at all sharing the one bath place with my brother and sister in law. The linens and towels were lush high end hotel quality. They have covered all the bases for comfort and ease. The place is remarkably located on a piece of property that is at once incredibly close to main Sarasota roadways, shopping destinations and attractions while also being located in a stretch of property that feels remote and very private. Other than the owner's home which is at a distance from this rental property, when looking out the windows you see only the stone fire pit rimmed with comfortable lawn chairs in the private back yard and the trees and fields beyond. (They even provided S'mores supplies though we never had the chance to indulge with all that we had going on with the family nearby that weekend. The owners are incredibly responsive with any questions you may have. Great, great find. Highly recommended!!
