This was a perfect getaway for our family and our friends family. Owners were great and very personable and responsive. The house was very upgraded and nice. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect home away from home! The house was clean, decorated beautifully, well stocked, and was so cozy! Great, quiet location and perfect if you love seeing wildlife! Sherri was a wonderful host too!

Easily one of the cleanest and well maintained places that we've stayed at. Communication leading up to the visit and communication while staying at the house was top tier. Kitchen was well stocked (almost felt like we were at home), Wi-Fi was flawless (teenagers and social media lol), beds were extremely comfortable, beautiful views, just an all around really well put together house. I can't say enough good thing about our visit

This is a really great spot!! Loved the views of the lagoon. The private deer run pool was awesome with the kids! Very private and very nice! The sauna was perfect to unwind in after a long day and the outdoor shower was perfect for keeping the sand outside each day after the beach. Highly recommend this property!

My family and I loved staying here. The host went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. There were plenty of deer that stayed very close to the house and they greeted us everytime we walked out. It truly was an incredible experience!

My family and I stayed here for a week for my sons wedding, the house was amazing. Very clean, had everything we needed. Lots of beach chairs and towels. Owners were wonderful. Very easy to get a hold of if I had any questions. I wouldDefinitely recommend this house and would stay here again.

Certainly one of our top VRBO experiences to date! Smooth booking, excellent communication with host, property exactly as advertised if not better, incredibly clean and well-stocked. Clearly a place that has been very well cared for! Would happily return.

Perfect clean and well equipped getaway

This house was adorable, with very comfortable sleeping conditions, had everything we needed, and was one of the cleanest rentals I’ve ever stayed in! Fripp is a perfect getaway, and I could not have been happier with this house or the hosts! Wonderful communication as well!

Wonderful Times

This property was wonderful and clean. It had everything we needed for our trip. Having three on sweets made it nice so everyone could have their own space. Would definitely come here again.

Amazing! The kitchen was very well equipped and owner thought of everything, easy to make meals for a group. We really loved the patio area when it rained and our gator visitor, named Sheldon. The owner was very communicative. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful

Not only was this a beautiful and functional house, this was the most cleanest property my family has ever stayed. The host was easily accessible to communicate with. My family had a wonderful vacation. I would highly recommend this and look forward to coming back.

2023 Family Vacation

This home is one of the best homes we’ve stayed out on Fripp over the past 10 years. We will definitely go back in the near future and ask for this property. Great location very clean large kitchen to have family dinners great back porch to sit on, and watch all of the Fripp nature. All needed amenities are at this home and it’s a great place for making family memories on your vacation. I would definitely give this place a 10.

Screened Porch Perfection

We had a fabulous time at this house! We have rented houses for many years in the Carolinas, and this was the cleanest home we have ever had the pleasure of staying at. It is beautifully decorated with everything you need for a beach vacation. It’s located in a wooded area of the island with a fabulous screened porch overlooking a small lagoon. We spent hours relaxing on the porch while watching the birds and deer. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful home and area

The house is in a beautiful area on Fripp Island. It is clean, beautifully decorated, with many amenities that will make your stay a pleasure. It is tranquil and quiet with a wonderful screened porch to watch the wildlife or read. The beaches are spectacular and has many points of access. The golf courses are in excellent condition and fun to play. Restaurants were good too. The owners were extremely helpful and answered any questions quickly. All in all a wonderful experience and highly recommended.

This house by far surpassed any expectations we had. This home is so beautifully thought out and completely stocked with everything you might need. The beds and linens were so comfortable. Some of our favorite memories were made on the spacious screened in porch and also hanging out on the lower outdoor level. The home has bicycles, beach equipment, coolers and even an ice machine! We will 100% be booking this home for future Fripp vacations. We cannot say enough positive things about this home and its owners! Thank you for allowing us to experience the beauty of your home!

Great Stay!

We have been coming to Fripp for over 30 years and have stayed in numerous homes scattered all around the island. Most of them were not as advertised. That was not the case this trip. This house far exceeded all of our expectations. You can see the pride the owners take as soon as you walk in the door. It is in like new condition, beautifully decorated and is by far the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in at Fripp! We will definitely be returning in the years to come.

I planned this vacation as a way to get my three adult sons together. We love Fripp! The house met our needs perfectly. Sherri was so attentive and even checked in on us to make sure we were doing good. When I had questions she was quick to respond. The house is beautiful, clean, and professionally decorated. We enjoyed sitting on the screened porch for the afternoon pop up showers. The house is well appointed with everything you could possibly need. It was a quick golf cart ride to the beach, with the closest access point being away from the main island crowd. I would definitely stay here again! It was a nice comfortable getaway for me and my family.

Family vacation Christmas Present!.

Owners were helpful, responsive, and welcoming! The house was perfectly described and nicely decorated for a beach theme. There was a neighborhood pool very close to the house which was quiet and well kept! Water temp- wonderfully warm! Although not Hugh in area, the floor plan was well designed. 3 b/d & 3 baths, Spacious kitchen and finally a screened in porch with 4 rocking chairs. Perfect for watching the world go round and quiet conversations! Big TV ‘s in every bedroom Perfect for a family vacations with a master Suite, then two smaller b/d’s with a Queen bed in each. Fripp Island should be on everyone’s check list! This house is new and One that tops our list. Return to Fripp with adult children for summer vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at this Fripp Island property! The home was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The amenities were excellent, and having access to the private neighborhood pool was a fantastic bonus. The hosts were a pleasure to work with—responsive, helpful, and everything was exactly as promised in the listing. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Fripp Island!
