Amazing Time with Family and Friends

Prime location and everything close by, house is has a home warm feeling and kids enjoyed it while adults just sat back and relaxed with amazing views on the white beautiful beaches

Unable to stay

We had booked this house for our family vacation with my mom, siblings, and children. There was a total of 14 of us going. The day before we were to leave for our vacation, my mother was admitted to the ICU. Unfortunately, she was in the ICU the entire week (and still in the hospital). Only my son and his wife were able to go. They said the house was absolutely beautiful. The beach was very close. Lots to eat around.I hope that in the future we will be able to see the place and enjoy it together.I wish there would have been an option to reschedule the stay or even a discount for the future. But we do completely understand business.

Thanksgiving Beach Trip

This house was perfect for our whole family of 13. The upstairs rooms were a perfect place for the kids to spend time inside, while the rest of us slept comfortably on the first floor. Since it was Thanksgiving, the kitchen was very handy, as was the additional refrigerator. The walk to the beach was less than a minute and Very accessible. This house was perfect for us and we greatly appreciate all the amenities.

Beautiful Beach Stay

Loved this property! Had 10 people with us, and had more than enough space! Beach is close. Restaurants and pier are close! Would love to stay here again!!

Family trip to PENSACOLA BEACH

Great location. Enjoyed our stay with family. 6 adults 6 grandkids. Set up is easy. You can all be together in the den, kitchen and breakfast/dinner table area or separate into private bedroom, porches or down stairs areas. Never felt crowded. Weather was marginal and gulf was angry. I would recommend this home and will probably return.

Beautiful large beach house.

Very spacious 5 bedroom home in a beach community with easy access to everything your in Pensacola Beach for. 9 of us stayed here while in town for a multi day fitness competition. We had plenty of room to relax and sleep comfortably. We will stay again next year if available.

Perfection

Daniel our host was super responsive from start to finish and extremely accommodating. The house is in a wonderful location and literally 1 minute to the beach. Plenty of parking and very comfortable living areas. Great kitchen which had everything we needed. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to account group of 12. Would not hesitate to stay again!

Wonderful stay

Easy keypad entrance. View of the ocean from the deck. Boogie boards & chairs downstairs to use. Nice little downstairs area with grill, picnic bench, cornhole, and swing. Super communicative host. Plenty of space for a big group. Never felt crowded. Easy walk to the uncrowded part of the beach. Would stay again.

Amazing Beach Week

Our family of 11 had an amazing week together! The kitchen was a little small, but aside from that the house was perfect. There was planets of room for us to all spread out and not feel like we were on top of each other. The walk to the beach was easy and there are several restaurants close by. The supply of beach chairs, toys, and floats exceeded our expectations. It was nice not to have to load the car up with chairs and sand toys! We definitely plan to book again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing!!

We loved staying at this beautiful beach home!! The location is as good as it gets! You are close to everything and just a short walk to the beach. The owner was very friendly and answered all questions that I had. We look forward to visiting again!

Pensacola Beach 212 Via Deluna

This was our familly’s second year in a row to visit this wonderful beach house. It is in a very safe area, short walk to the beach, spacious, clean, and has everything you need in the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, with plenty things you need for the beach (young and old)! We love the furniture on the decks!

Fantastic Home

My family and I met from all across the country and stayed here for a week. We all loved it! It was big enough to house 12 adults without feeling crammed in. We loved that it was walking distance to the beach. Daniel supplies the house with tons of beach chairs, a wagon, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach toys. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need, just bring food. The beds were all comfortable for us! The views from the decks are great! We would all definitely stay again. Our favorite restaurants were Crabs and Flounders. We didn’t not care for Felix, none of us did. We usually just made food at the house and hung out. It was nice.

Wonderful stay

This place is amazing. The photos don’t do it justice. It over delivered. If you have questions like i did….it was an easy walk to the beach. Plenty of chairs for at least 10 ppl, beach toys and a wagon, also a cooler and cornhole to play. Beds were comfortable and location was within walking to bars and restaurants. If you plan on getting in the water Bring towels for beach. But honestly this place was beyond what i expected. Rent here. It’s so worth it.

Great House for families

The property was lovely. We were in town for my son’s wedding and had our other sons and their partners (9 people) there for the long weekend. There was plenty of sleeping space, bathrooms and room to enjoy each other’s company. The beach is directly across a small road, its walking distance to any number of shops & restaurants. It was clean and Danny was quick to respond when I reached out. Ideal house for a group/family.
