Welcome to Tellico Plains! Tucked away on the side of Bullet Mountain, you will find our log cabin which was custom built in 2015 and situated on 10 wooded acres. This cabin served as our primary residence until 2020, when we bought additional property and made the difficult decision to leave our beloved cabin on the mountain. Now, we want to share this experience with you, and hope you enjoy your time at the cabin as much as we did! Motorcycle and Angler friendly!

You will have private access to the Tellico River via our farm across the road. Take a dip and cool off or go wet a line just 300 yards from your front door!

Please note, this property does NOT have WiFi.

This place was immaculant! Great communication and check in and out was very easy. Keep in mind no wifi, but we used our hot spots just fine. They were available at any given time. There is a dollar general about 2 miles away if you forgot any items. We had a great family time!! Thanks again .

We had a wonderful long weekend stay at the cabin. The area is beautiful and our lab had a blast walking and running around the property. Quiet and serene. Highly recommend and we will be back.

The cabin was cozy and very homey with snacks and lots of information about the surrounding area. The location was beautiful with seclusion but still close to town and the Skyway. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a delightful weekend at this beautiful cabin in Tellico. We loved the quiet atmosphere! The place has some clever decor. Beautiful would turkeys were seen in the property several times. FYI there is no Wi-Fi, which was fine for us, but if you need that be advised. The walk to the beach access is a ways and it's down(and up) a fairly steep driveway which was hard for my husband with his new knee. Also, bring bug spray. We got 2 ticks on the walk to the river.Beautiful place!

This was our second stay here and it was wonderful again! Our hosts checked on us after the area experienced an earthquake and made sure everything was okay. The cabin is perfect every stay!

Nice Cabin,snacks and coffee provided! Great remote location saw deer both nights there! Cabin needs handrails to front porch and building code compliant steps.

We absolutely love this cabin and Lisa is an amazing host! We are able to bring our fur babies with us and that’s a must when we travel! Highly recommend!!

Hello! We are James and Lisa Hertz, a husband and wife with two goofy dogs. We love this Cabin and all East Tennessee has to offer.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We built this custom log cabin in 2015, and it served as our primary residence until recently. We purchased more land and another home, and couldn't bare the thought of selling our first home together, and decided to offer it for others to enjoy.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Unlike some "cabins" in this area, this is an actual custom built log home, situated on 10 acres, as opposed to a prefabricated building that has been finished out. We are minutes from the Cherohala Skyway, the Tellico River, and the Cherokee National Forest, and a few miles from Bald River Falls. Hiking trails are abundant in the area for outdoor enthusiasts. We are motorcycle, angler and pet friendly. Come see all East Tennessee has to offer or just hang out and enjoy quiet time around the fire pit or playing cornhole!
