This 2-story, modern condo is located directly on the beach with the most incredible views of Cayman’s crystal blue water. The entire unit has been meticulously renovated by an award-winning design firm, complete with high-end finishes and furnishings. This will have you feeling like you’re staying at a five-star resort, but at the fraction of the price. It’s a true beachfront oasis, with all the luxuries and amenities of home.
Located in the quaint village of Bodden Town, you’ll be centrally located between 7Mile Beach, East End and Rum Point. This quiet part of Cayman has that true “island-vibe”, making it a perfect destination for a relaxing or adventurous vacation.
A rental car is not included however highly recommended as the island is too beautiful not to explore. You can rent a car from the Expedia website for as low as $9/day! Just choose "GCM Owen Roberts International Airport" for the pickup and drop off location as the rental car companies are a 3-5 minute walk from the airport entrane/exit doors :)

*Please note that the condo is ideally suited for 4 guests or 2 couples comfortably. There is no charge for additional guests (up to 6 in total) however note that for the additional guests, there is an inflatable mattress (stored in one of the bedroom closets) that sleeps up to two and the sofa in the livingroom sleeps one.
OTHER AMENITIES INCLUDE:
Smart TV in the living room with Netflix, keyless door entry, high chair, playpen with extra mattress for comfort, filtered water from the refrigerator (no need to purchase bottled water) and ice maker, kitchen is stocked with basic essentials, Keurig coffee maker, snorkeling gear (x2 sets), beach towels.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE:
I try to accommodate all guests during the "purgatory period" between 11am-4pm when the condo is being cleaned. Flights may land earlier than checkin time and depart later than checkout time. That said, the bedrooms are cleaned first and utilized as holding rooms for the luggage. Note that there is never an additional charge for an early checkin/late checkout in hopes that everyone can understand and work together on a stress free vacation arrival/departure. I do need a heads up please in case an early checkin/late checkout is in fact needed, so I can communicate with guests arriving/departing so everyone can be on the same page.
Only in the summer months, there may be some sargassum/seaweed on the beach that Mother Nature gifts us which is out of our control and the landscaping team works diligently to remove as much sargassum as they can on a daily basis. There are several beautiful beaches around the island that you could explore and the property is stocked with portable folding beach chairs, cooler and some beach goodies you bring with you to enjoy when exploring.
For bookings that are 14 days and longer, one complimentary maid service will be offered every 7 days.
TRAVELLING WITH A GROUP OF FRIENDS/FAMILY AND NEED TO BOOK EXTRA VILLAS?
Villa #1 (Property ID 3626495) and Villa #10 (Property ID 2769533) are in the same complex and within steps of each other so you all can be close and have your own space.

I was in hospitality for nearly 30 years and started investing in properties back in 2010 while I was still in hospitality, and happy to have my own vacation rental properties to host guests from all over the world! Eventually, I transitioned into the real estate world in 2020 when it was time for a change and loving every moment of it :)
