Beautiful new apartment on the Magellan Golf Course with gorgeous, park-like views of fairways and driving range in the distance. Serene, super clean and comfortable, the apartment on the side of our home offers full privacy and has a separate keyless entry. Home on the Range apartment has endless vistas of the golf course and the hills beyond and is completely private. Guests have their own designated parking spot and walk via a paved path to the apartment. We have a valet cart at your disposal. The side yard is private and shaded for your enjoyment. In the morning you may be greeted by deer feeding on the grounds. The totally updated bedroom suite has a new king hybrid memory foam mattress, plush sofa, and a desk with cushioned office chair, large screen tv and fast, reliable WiFi, and it’s own AC! The kitchen is fully stocked, has coffees, teas, creamer, sweetners, pancake mix, syrup, and butter so you don’t have to run out for breakfast in the morning. We are one mile from Lake Balboa Beach and Marina and 20 minutes to Downtown Hot Springs/National Park.

Hot Springs Village is a nature lover’s paradise with tons of recreation! It is private and only residents and guests of residents are allowed. Spanning 26,000 acres of the Ouachita Mountains, HSV is home to 12 lakes, 9 golf courses, a first-class fitness center with indoor pool, outdoor pool, parks, 15 tennis courts, pickle ball courts, boating, swimming, water sports, fishing, 30 miles of walking and biking trails, outdoor concerts, churches and restaurants and hangouts with live music and Karaoke.

Many of these activities are free, and you can purchase a pass to use the fitness center, pool, courts, golf or kayak for a small fee through the HSV Office. You don’t have to leave the Village to have the time of your life! But if you do, there is so much to discover nearby.

Hot Springs National Park - or the Spa City - is know for its natural hot springs, many spas and bath houses. These can be found downtown on Bathhouse Row on Central Avenue. While there, enjoy shopping, dining and walking the promenade and up, up the trails to the observation tower. Or you can just drive. The view is Heavenly! Be sure to bring water co gainers and get fresh, healthy spring water from Happy Hollow Fountain on Fountain Street.
Garvan Gardens, Lake Hamilton and Oaklawn Racing Casino, Magic Springs Water Park, Mid-America Science Museum and Ron Coleman Quartz Mine are other vacation hot spots to enjoy.
Lake Ouachita National Park, Petit Jean State Park, Lake Catherine State Park are perfect for the outdoor enthusiast and they are just an hour away.
