Our Condo has it all…Steps to the free Wildwood Beach. Breathtaking panoramic views of the beach, and the bay. Our 3 Bedroom and 2 Full Bath Penthouse Condo has a large kitchen, family room, and a casual dining room. Perfectly located across the street from the beach, near the Boardwalk, Amusement Rides, Waterparks, and the local Night Life.

The Condo has a beautiful heated pool with a large sunbathing area (plenty of chaise lounges available). At poolside you will find a large grilling area with multiple grills, tables and chairs to picnic. Take 50 steps from the pool and you are on Wildwoods Award Winning Free Beach.

Each bedroom is spacious with cable T.V., free WiFi, a central intercom (with music in each room). The Master Bedroom is located on the North side for unforgettable sunrises. Just open your bedroom sliding glass door and hear the waves crashing down below. There is also a large outside balcony that has unbelievable views of the beach and the bay all the way up to Atlantic City.
Free Off-Street parking vehicle.

On the bayside of the condo you will find a wonderful park featuring basketball courts, tennis courts, playground with a skate park. Located conveniently next to the park is a supermarket and a drug-store.

Come to the top floor Penthouse Condo and overlook all of Wildwood with unforgettable sunsets and sunrises! Come to the seashore and relax.

Great place to vacation

The apartment was well stocked. The view was great from the balcony. The kitchen was roomy and the couches were very comfortable. We loved it that the beach was across the street and just a 5 minute walk. The host was very responsive. Definitely a great vacation.

Perfect Family Vacation

We stayed here with my small children and elderly parents. It really exceeded our expectations. The kids loves the bunk bed room. And my handicapped mother was comfortable in the master bedroom which accommodated her nicely especially the en-suite bathroom. The view was incredible, showing all of North Wildwood. This was important for us since my mom and newborn can’t make it to the beach often. But the handicapped beach wheelchairs are right across the way. And it’s such a short trip for parents with small kids to get back up to the room quickly for naps or the bathroom. The building has an elevator which was so helpful. And my kids really loved the pool. The kitchen was fully stocked. And she even had games and books for us to enjoy while we were there. It was clean and decorated nice. She is very responsive and courteous. We’ve found our perfect family vacation spot and have already booked for next year.

Amazing Condo and Location!

The condo is located across the street from the beach in the heart of North Wildwood. Perfect condo for a family, plenty of room! Ellen was wonderful to work with and I'm looking forward to next year already!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful week in this condo. The view is amazing and loved being able to hear the ocean through the balcony screen door. The condo had everything needed, was clean, kitchen well-stocked, lovely hot water for showers (last year’s location - barely lukewarm water!) and beds comfy! Fun beach decor! The owner provided detailed info on what to expect on arrival - which was very helpful. Highly recommend!

Penthouse paradise

Perfect location for the beach and ocean view. The unit was provided with all the accommodations. The heated swimming pool was fabulous. The entire family enjoyed our vacation and we all agreed that we would vacation there again.

Amazing

My family had a wonderful vacation. The views were spectacular and nothing could be better then being able to walk across the street to enjoy the beach everyday. There was plenty of room for everyone and the grandkids never gave us any trouble going to bed as they loved the bunk beds. I definitely looking forward to vacationing here again.

Beach Vacation

This property is well maintained and has beautiful views of the ocean that is just across the street. It is close enough to the boardwalk that you can walk and it is right across the street from a bike path that leads to the boardwalk as well. The owner was excellent with answering all of our questions and gave us plenty of information prior to our stay so that we felt very comfortable with knowing what to do once we arrived and throughout our stay.

Fabulous vacation

We had a fantastic time at this property in North Wildwood. As other reviewers have said, the photos do not do the unit justice and the view is simply amazing. I spent many hours just sitting, reading and enjoying the view of the ocean and bay. My daughter loved the pool and it was so convenient to be right across the street from the beach. We were worried about being far from restaurants and the boardwalk but it was very easy to hop in the car and be anywhere we wanted to be within 10 minutes with no traffic or parking issues. The beds are comfortable and the unit has every kitchen convenience you can think of. We will be back!

Views and location!!

The direct view of the ocean is amazing. Full view of the Oceanside beach and the inlet as the condo is atop the tallest building in the area. Just steps to the beach and a very nice pool deck. Our teenagers loved walking a couple blocks to the boardwalk which is safe and fun. Plenty of room for the six of us to spread out. We had a great time and kids want to return. Ellen was responsive and easy to work with.

Amazing views and great location

Ellen was very responsive to all of our requests/questions. She always wrote back in a timely manner and was always pleasant to communicate with. The property was in a great location with amazing views of beach/water from all angles. The photos don’t do the view any justice.

great views

The condo has a great view and is stocked very well. Our problem was with check-in as the condo management is separate from and not involved with rentals. They only hand out the parking pass. In our case, the door was supposed to be open but had been locked by a service provider and we were locked out. had to call the owner only to find out she listed a wrong number on her contact info. Fortunately we reached her by email and she had the condo management open the door. Pretty stressfull way to start the week. After that though, the place was great and we had a fantastic week.

Perfect location, well stocked unit.

This is the second year we have stayed in this building and the first time in this unit. Unit was very nice, clean with a well-stocked kitchen. Views of the ocean and Herford inlet were perfect. Sunrise right on the balcony Only problem we had was the extremely soft pillow top mattress in the master. While only 5 years old this mattress was the softest we have ever experienced and had to flip it to get a good night sleep. Will definitely book again if the mattress gets replaced Confirm sheets if you don’t have any prior to booking. Ellen is a great communicator and arrival/departure went as planned. Oh, the parking pass she includes was an awesome addition and made activities much easier.

Great property

We were very happy with this rental property. It is spacious and has a great balcony. The kitchen is fully stocked and they even provided toilet paper. When I had a question (before our vacation), Ellen responded in a timely manner. Our security deposit was returned promptly. Would highly recommend.

Best deal on the coast

We rent this property every year and we have 2 families with 3 children ages 5 and under. The place is magnificent! Spacious living area huge kitchen and sleeps 10 comfortably in bedrooms - more if you wish to use the living room area. The view from the top floor balcony overlooks the beach which is literally right outside the complex. The owners are fabulous and we are looking forward to many years returning to this oasis.

You'll never want to stay in a hotel again!

This was our first experience renting a condo - wow, what a difference! I'll never stay in a hotel/motel again. This place spoiled us! It has absolutely EVERYTHING you need in the kitchen; I didn't have to drag half of mine from home like I do when we stay in motels! And having full-sized appliances, including an oven, was wonderful, especially since we had a large group. We didn't need cleaning supplies, trash bags or paper products. Everything was supplied for us. The condo has PLENTY of room and there were 9 of us in there! The living/kitchen area is very spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Any issues or questions were handled immediately. The pool is salt water and just lovely. The views are awesome and the balcony is great and added a nice touch of privacy for adults to chat while the kids watched TV or played on the Xbox. The stash of board games came in handy on the one rainy day we had. The condo looked inside exactly like the pictures. As I said earlier, we'll never stay in a hotel again after spending our vacation here. We've already booked for next summer! Thank you, Ellen. We had a great time :)

Top Condo

Once again a great vacation in this unit. The Condo is clean and well kept. There isn't a thing that this unit doesn't have i.e. complete kitchen. The views are fantastic. The owners are fantastic folks. The bottom line is, what more could you ask for? Last years comment was that I would rate this unit 10 stars if possible and once again I repeat those comments. Thank you Ellen and John For a wonderful place to stay.

Great place to stay in Wildwood

The view, the accommodations, and comfort of this condo are a 5 star. You are steps from the beach, a few blocks from the boardwalk, close to the clubs in North Wildwood, very safe area with security 24 hours. The condo has everything, paper towels, toilet paper the good stuff, linens clothes drying rack on the balcony, flat screen TV's in every room, the master bedroom has a 55 inch flat screen in front of the king sized bed, can't beat that. Overall this is the place to be in Wildwood for large and small family's, also forgot the pool, very big with a 1 1/2 foot toddler pool, 2 Bar-B-Qs and plenty of lounge chairs and tables with a shuffle ball court. Anyone who rents this condo will be happy they did, it was a pleasure spending the week in the condo with our family.

great condo with spectacular view

We had a great week in July! unbelievable views from the Master Bedroom and living room/dining area! We loved the fully stocked kitchen and seating available. We had 9 people(ranging in age from 12 to 76) and everyone was comfortable. The owners are great and easy to reach if you have any questions or concerns(cell/text).

WOW...Unbelievable VACATION

I wanted to 1st Thank both Ellen and John for their impeccable Hospitality! The condo was immaculately clean and the view of the beach and ocean were breathtaking. There was plenty of room for our family (6). The living room furniture was laid out well and extremely comfortable (I only mention this because we've stayed at shore rental's where the sofas and chairs where made of wicker and uncomfortable). The owners provide all of the amenities of home such as glassware, dishes, bowls, cleaning products, and other paper products which we've typically had to bring or buy. The kids loved the option of watching movies or playing games on the Xbox. Sitting out on the balcony, overlooking the ocean, reading a book, while enjoying our favorite beverages was picture perfect. Utilizing the pool area, along with grilling hamburgers and hotdogs was a satisfier with the kids. We couldn't ask for better accommodations and are looking forward to vacationing at this condo in the future. We would highly recommend this condo. Thanks again Ellen & John!

Beautiful condo, so close to the beach!

The condo is huge, and very conveniently located. The view from the balcony is great, we even could see some dolphins and shore birds. The place is fully furnished and very comfortable. It even has a few family movies and video games for the kids in case of a rainy day. Otherwise, the beach is right across the street!

This is without a doubt the finest place we have ever stayed in North Wildwood. The Condo was very clean. It is beautifully decorated as described in the photos. Everything that you would need was there.The owner Ellen was extremely nice. I would recommend this condo to anyone. I would rate this condo with 10 stars if it was possible.
