The house was very nice, clean, well stocked and equipped, and comfortable.Great location for staying in Gulf Port. We could walk to the pier, beach at the bay, stores and restaurants. We are thankful for our stay!

We stay in Gulfport a couple times a year and this property is the best we’ve stayed at. Clean, comfortable and felt like home.Great communication with Beth. Walkable to restaurants, shops and pickleball. This is a great home for families or couples. The kitchen has an induction range and the pantry is stocked. There is a great gas grill and a charcoal grill available. If available, we will plan to stay here every time we come. Thank you for a great Gulfport visit!

Our family of 6 were in town for my father's Celebration of Life. My cousin has several rental properties in the area, but we had a lot of family in town, so I rented our own space. This property was one of the cleanest, well-maintained rentals I have EVER stayed in. It looked like a tiny bungalow from the outside; a total illusion because there was so much SPACE inside. The kitchen was well-equipped with an ice maker, airfryer, stovetop espresso maker, just about anything you could possibly need. The outside was cleverly landscaped with native plants which gave the space a tropical, yet cozy feel. The communication: top notch! I'm not the most tech savvy and have never had this level of communication. I received emails and texts with info leading up to and during our stay. My questions were always promptly answered. The price for our 7 days was very reasonable for the size of the property, the amenities and close proximity to restaurants, shops, Boca Ciega Bay and the beaches. 10/10 recommend!

Perfect stay at Dolphin house

The Dolphin house was perfect in every way. Clean, spacious and everything you could wish for was in the house. Very close to restaurants and stores. We loved our stay here and would definitely come back.

Graduation home away from home

Perfect home away from home for our son’s graduation from Eckerd college. We loved the house and its proximity to shops, restaurants, and the beach front. Five stars!!

Perfect for our family

We have family in Gulfport and this house was perfect for our stay. Close proximity to town shores and our family and close to all the shops and restaurants. We cannot wait to stay here again. We give you five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice trip

We had such an easy time with our stay! The house is perfect for couples or a family with the split floor plan! The fenced in backyard made it so easy for us with our little fur babies as well❤️ I would highly recommend if you love Gulfport or St Pete area because it is close to it all!!

Family Summer Vacation

We had a great 4th of July experience at the Dolphin House. GulfPort fireworks display was amazing! My grandkids enjoyed them! The location was great a lot of things to experience within a few blocks of the house. We will be going back!

Gulfport St Paddy’s

This was a great spot tucked in just behind all the hot spots in Gulfport. Easy walking distance to all that Gulfport offers. Clean and well maintained house, 3 separate bedrooms, 2 full baths, great kitchen, open concept with a couple of nice outdoor sitting areas. I highly recommend this place and plan to use it again.

Great stay

We came to Gulfport to visit family. Picked this home so we could bring our dog. Beautifully furnished - kitchen had everything imaginable, but we didn’t cook! Quiet neighborhood - enjoyed walking around in spite of the damage done by Hurricanes Helene and Milton. Highly recommend this home and will put it on our “return to” list!

We’ll Be Back!

Outstanding location, many dining and entertainment options within walking distance. Open floor plan but with two different zones for privacy. Well appointed home. Excellent communication with host. We would definitely stay here again.

Third times a charm!

This was our third stay at Dolphin House. We like the layout, which allows for some privacy when staying with family members such as adult siblings. The kitchen is very well equipped. This was the second year that we made Thanksgiving dinner while there. The neighborhood is great for walking. There are restaurants and shops nearby. All in all a great place to stay.

Perfect getaway near all the good stuff!

This house is lovely. It's not new, but well kept overall and has everything you need for a delightful beach town experience. There is lots of space for everyone to have their own privacy, but also great gathering spots. The yard is private, the street is quiet and neighbors are friendly. Beware: You are one block from all the great restaurants, ice cream and coffee, which can be dangerous for the waistline!

The house was built in the 1950's. However it has been extensively remodeled, most of it within the last 10 years. This includes new bathrooms (2012 and 2019), new kitchen (2020), new screened porch (2021) and new tile floors. The only original components that a guest would encounter are the exterior siding and the interior walls in the front half of the house.

Perfection as Always

This is our 2nd time staying at Dolphin House. The first time was in December 2012 before the upgrades & it was great the, but now it is amazing! The addition of a screened porch was wonderful, the new kitchen is gorgeous, & the coffee bar is great! Thank you for a relaxing vacation in a spacious house with awesome amenities!

Home away from home

This property was perfect for our staycation. We had a wedding to attend in the area and property was a perfect little hideaway while being close enough to getting everywhere we wanted to. Great walking distance to the picturesque Gulfport. The neighbors/neighborhood was quiet, perfect to have a cup of coffee and/or grill in the backyard. Our host had great communication with us and was able to address any and all the questions I had beforehand. We would definitely recommend to others as well as stay again.
