Welcome to the Beach House, the largest of three private, attached guest accommodations within our charming Spanish-style waterfront property, just steps from Gulfport’s lively Beach Boulevard. Your spacious two-bedroom unit is entirely private, with its own entrance, kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, and living areas. The backyard, waterfront, and sandy beach are shared exclusively among guests of the three accommodations.
Inside, you’ll find beautiful hardwood floors, a spacious living room, dedicated workspace, full kitchen, and plenty of room to settle in and relax. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom has a full-size bed and twin bed, making the space a great fit for couples, families, or small groups.
Step outside and follow the large backyard directly to the sandy beach on Boca Ciega Bay. This waterfront area is private to the property and not open to the public, creating a special place to relax by the water, watch for dolphins and manatees, enjoy a Florida sunset, or simply take in the peaceful setting.
When you’re ready to explore, you can leave the car behind. Gulfport’s restaurants, boutiques, galleries, live music, fishing pier, public beach, and weekly farmers market are all just a short walk away.

It’s colorful, quirky, artsy, and wonderfully laid-back, with local art, funky shops, independent restaurants, live music, and a strong sense of community. It has that charming “Old Florida” feel while still being close to the beaches and everything St. Petersburg has to offer. It’s the kind of neighborhood where you can walk to breakfast, browse local shops, catch live music, and end the day watching the sunset by the water.
