The house was fairly as beautiful as described; we had sufficient space for my family and I, and we valued the host's efforts. The house contained a range of necessities that ensured a comfortable stay.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our time in CLT with this place as our home base for the weekend. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The home was cozy.

Excellent location

Had a family reunion in Harrisburg. This home was perfect in location to the event as well as close to Supermarket and CVS. We all enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful, Quiet Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for my family to spread out and relax. The property is close enough to major roads so we could get to downtown Charlotte in about 20 minutes. Would definitely recommend!!

As afamily who travels frequently and has had the opportunity to stay in many vacation homes, we have developed fairly high expectations when it comes to cleanliness, maintenance, and the overall condition of a property. We always try to provide fair and constructive feedback, and we hope the following observations are helpful to the owners and management team.The property has potential and appears to have been a lovely home in its time. However, there were several areas that we felt needed attention during our stay.Exterior:The yard and surrounding exterior needed significant attention. There were several large limbs, branches, and leaves scattered throughout the yard, which made the outside appear unkept. The exterior of the home was also noticeably dirty. We understand that the home was built in 1987, but regular exterior maintenance would make a significant difference. In particular, we recommend pressure washing the home and exterior areas more frequently—potentially several times a year—to help eliminate accumulated dirt, spider webs, and insects and to keep the property looking fresh and well maintained.Interior Odor:One of the biggest concerns was the smell inside the home. There was a strong, lingering old-house/musty odor that seemed to cling to clothing and belongings. I did use an air freshener during our stay, but unfortunately, the scent only lasted for a short period of time. Investing in several high-quality, long-lasting air fresheners or odor-neutral

We had a wonderful time. The house worked perfectly for our family. Tatiana went out of her way to create a play area for the two grandchildren. Her thoughtfulness was very much appreciated.

Birthday Weekend

We had plenty of room for our party of 7. Quiet neighborhood. Saw a few deer by the fence line in the back yard. We would stay here again.

The inside of the home is nice and well equipped. The bedding is comfortable the exterior on the front is in need of a clean up. The back deck was dirty and seating was also dirty. Overall if you ignore the exterior the house is nice.

Wonderful weekend getaway!

Very clean property woth great hospitality! Refreshments and k-cups, along with kitchen necessities were available.for use. Neighborhood was quiet, safe, and wothin a fewminites of a grocery store. There was plenty to do within ten minutes, and Carowinds was only half an hour. Plenty of sleeping spaces!

This was one of the most disappointing Vrbo rentals I’ve ever stayed in. The house was extremely dated and clearly has not been properly maintained. The photos did not accurately reflect the current condition of the property.The outside of the property was in terrible condition. The yard was unkempt, the deck was dirty and desperately needed to be pressure washed, and the gazebo was worn out, raggedy, and in poor condition. The outdoor trash can was already full when we arrived, and part of the fence was lying on the ground, making the property look neglected and poorly maintained.For the amount we paid, I expected a clean, well-maintained home—not a property that looked like it had been neglected for years. The lack of upkeep significantly impacted our stay and made it difficult to enjoy the property.To make matters worse, I contacted the host and requested compensation because of how disappointing our stay was, but my concerns were dismissed and I received nothing. The lack of accountability and customer service was just as frustrating as the condition of the property itself.I would not stay at this property again and cannot recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, properly maintained vacation rental.

Enjoyed great family time in this beautiful property. Would suggest a few things host should make all house rules available prior to booking, grass in back needed cutting, deck furniture and outside area could have used some attention for cob webs. Would suggest future renters bring cookware and serving utensils. Otherwise the home presented beautifully.

My stay here was FLAWLESS!! I can’t say enough. SUCH A VIBE!!

Communication and access was impeccable. The property was set in such a peaceful and quiet neighborhood with close to no vehicle traffic. There was more than enough space for my my entire family. Residence was super kid friendly. Easy to entertain. Watching the kids work on puzzles with their grand parents while preparing food in the kitchen was absolutely amazing. Entire house was cleaned and free of dust. Adequate linen and toiletries provided with impeccable bathrooms and showers. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Looking forward to returning! From my family to the host, thank you so much!

The property was nice and spacious for our family gathering. A few issues: there were bugs in the upstairs bathroom and although this property was booked for a family gathering, the grass was not mowed so we couldn’t use the back yard and we were aloud 13 adults I received a message from the host enquiring about cars parked on the street. If the property manager does not want to allow family gatherings, please change the listing. Thank you my family still had a great time.

Several problems.

The door code was changed sometime in the morning we were to check out. One of our party had an early flight and when we got back to the house at 7:00 the code for the front door was no longer valid.
