Clean and spacious. We had family arrive from Asheville, Texas and California for graduation weekend. We didn't feel crowded, never had to fight for a bathroom. Perfect for our needs!

The house was very clean and offered many amenities. The area is about 20 minutes from the Charlotte raceway which was our destination. Plenty of parking that we needed as there were multiple vehicles we brought. Only thing that we did not find was a working thermostat. It is fall, so no HVAC needed, but did get slightly chilly chilly at night.

Overall the house was very nice with plenty of room for us. There are two issues. The website said there was an outside grill and there was not. Also, the patio table was very dirty and I cleaned it myself. Overall experience was good.

Thank you for your review! We’re glad you enjoyed the home and its spaciousness. The patio table is outside and just can easily settle on, sorry about that. The grill is available but stored out of sight due to the open outdoor space, and we’re always happy to assist guests in locating it upon request. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you again. God bless!

Thank you, Kelly, for your feedback. . Your reservation was for 5 guests, but 14 arrived. I wouldn't have kept 14people in my home without asking questions. Anyway I am glad that there was no issues with your stay, we abide by our house rules. God bless you.
