This non smoking, 1 bedroom condo is located in River Run Village, close to everything! Walking distance to the gondola and lifts, shopping, restaurants and nightlife make this a perfect get away
Prepare a full meal or snack in our fully equipped kitchen. A fireplace with comfortable leather furniture in the living room provide the perfect place to relax and recharge. A deck to take in the views of the valley.

Granite counters, stainless appliances and leather furniture really make this condo stand out from the others.
The condo is located in River Run Village where you will find many dining, shopping and bike rental options. It is about 250 yards to the gondola, a 5 minute walk through the village.
You will also have access to 2 additional hot tubs and an outdoor heated pool in the adjacent Dakota Lodge.
Keystone shuttle is in front of building. The condo is walking distance to lifts.
- Guests must be 21 unless accompanied by an adult
- Quiet hours from 10pm to 8 am
- Check in is anytime after 4PM
- Check out is 10AM
- Guests need to let us know if they have a car to secure a parking pass, which will be filled out by the guest on their arrival
- Please let us know if you have an oversized vehicle so we can assist you in making parking arrangements
- We have a strict no smoking and no pets policy. Violation of this policy will result in a minimum of $500 surcharge on their stay
- Tidy up before you leave; please wipe down the top and inside of the stove if it is messy.
- Strip linens from the beds and place linens and towels in the bathtub. Please do not remove pillows from shams or place blankets/bedspreads/comforters in the tub.
- If you have dishes in the dishwasher, please run the dishwasher.
- Take out the trash, there is a trash receptacle at the elevator and also on the 1st floor.
- Leave the room keys on the kitchen counter
- make sure all appliances are turned off and coffee maker unplugged
- Turn off the fireplace
- Turn the heat down to 60 degrees

Anfitrión: Ivo and Lisa Waerlop
We are a professional couple who settled in Summit County 20 years ago. Our family enjoys skiing, mountain biking, camping, hiking and enjoying all the outdoor activities that the mountains have to offer. Ivo is a chiropractor, acupuncturist and former a ski patroller at Copper. Lisa is a former wedding photographer and baker and now spends time managing our properties and making sure the kids get to their soccer games : )
We self mange our properties and do all the booking, cleaning and maintenance. WE have been on Airbnb for years and recently have expanded to include VRBO

Keystone resort is very family oriented and this unit provides a great location in River Run Village, close enough to the action but far enough to be able to get away of you like. There is an outdoor pool and additional hot tubs next door at Dakota Lodge.
We remodeled the kitchen and updated the bathroom, all the beds and furniture when we purchased the unit a few years ago. The carpet was replaced last year.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad
We love to cook and like comfortable beds. We try and equip our units with quality appliances, cookware and gadgets and try and have the most common spices, oils and condiments available, as well as tea and coffee because no-one wants to have to go buy all those things for a quick getaway or longer vacation. Sleep is important, so a firmer, supportive mattress is a must for us.
