Thank you so much for your incredibly kind words and for choosing to stay with us again, it truly means the world to us. 💛 We can occasionally experience challenges with island utilities like electricity, cable, and water. As many know, Puerto Rico continues to face struggles with grid stability, something even Bad Bunny helped bring global attention to during the Super Bowl live halftime show. That said, we are always proactive in making sure our guests remain comfortable. We are currently in the process of installing a battery backup system to keep the apartment powered during sporadic outages, so our guests can enjoy even greater peace of mind during their stay. Your understanding, positivity, and loyalty mean so much to us. It has been an absolute pleasure hosting you both times, and we are already looking forward to welcoming you back again!

Hi Phil: We aim to please our guests. We have scheduled maintenance to address sealing the glass shower stall. We are also considering your feedback for a makeover of the porch that includes more comfortable chairs or a sectional couch. We truly appreciate and value your honest feedback and hope to see back again soon. It is because of honest feedback and implemented improvements that our unit will continue to shine.
