Everything was absolutely wonderful, check in& out was made very easy, the rooms were clean & the grounds had a wonderful view of the water and so many activities to enjoy. I’d definitely stay again

Clean room and very family friendly! Pool next to the mangroves was a cool touch. Really enjoyed the propane fire pits in the yard for night time hangout. Plan to eat breakfast somewhere else or bring your own bowl.

Great place to stay

The property was nice for our short stay. The room was nice and clean. The view of the sunrise over ocean was absolutely beautiful. There were things to enjoy doing outside. The only thing that didn’t impress me was the breakfast.

Great views and hospitality

Stayed in a unit with ocean view on the second floor. Very clean and house keeping was extremely attentive. Outside is is well kept and tidy.

Right on ocean

This was one of our favorite places to stay. Would definitely come back. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Front desk personal were super friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was a plus.

Our room was not very clean. Nobody came to clean it all week even after we asked. We had to clean before we could stay and change the garbages ourselves daily. Breakfast had run out almost every morning within 45 mins. The housekeeping staff was not helpful with givin us new towels, linens or garbage bags, we had to grab them ourselves. I had never had an experience quite like this. There was also nobody to be found at the front desk on several occasions.

Not what i would call a resort.

Although the property was very clean and the staff was wonderful the amenities were pathetic. Two kayaks all busted up and several paddle boards tiny swimming pool and a couple of ping pong tables. Won't be staying there again the price was very high. For 470 a night I expected a beautiful resort with a lot of amenities. That was not the case

Palmer Stay

Room was nice and well kept. Boat ramp can be a little sketchy to use. I have 19ft and no issues. But any thing larger will have difficulty. Dock space is a huge issue. The pictures are very misleading by how much space you have. Canal is one boat in or out and there’s no where to turn around too shallow. Place was over ran with Jet skis with too many on the docks. They give you a dock number but not enforced. So you always have people on your spot. If you have a boat I highly recommend a different location to stay.

Very clean rooms. Easy check-in. Property could use a fresh paint on stairwells. Unfortunately there was red tide when we were there which smelled a bit. Nice continental breakfast. Food truck was a nice touch.

Ivy at the front desk was absolutely amazing - great customer service and communication! Ample parking. Room, pool, and property were beautiful, clean, and welcoming. The beds were super comfy. We brought our big bullmastiff with us and felt welcome - this place is actually and truly pet friendly!
