Stay where you play.

The spacious newly refreshed two bedroom vacation rentals are ideal for fishermen and families or anyone wanting to get away. You can bring your own boat or rent one of ours. All of our rentals come with a dock for your boat. Our accommodations are fully furnished and are supplied with linens and towels.

Sunset from the patio or out on the dock are spectacular. Look for the famous green flash right as the sun makes its final dip into the water for the night.

The marina basin is full of sea life. We regularly see tarpons, tropical fishes, snappers, lobsters, and manatees. As well as , a variety of sea birds.

Enjoy our wonderful vacation rental. The advantages of staying with us are, your boat slip is right out your back door and the rental is on the same property as the marina. Take advantage of the bait and tackle shop where we provide up to date fishing reports and locations. If you did not bring your own boat, rent one from us.

Our location gives easy access to the Atlantic ocean and the Florida Bay. Florida deep-sea fishing is great fun when the dolphin (Mahi Mahi) start running in May. The sailfish are here in January and the mackerel and wahoo too. Tarpon fishing is awesome!

The boat dock is for your personal boat or a boat rented from Sea Bird Marina only. Other boat rentals will be charged a docking fee. No jet skis.
There is great snorkeling and fishing in the area but we do NOT allow either snorkeling or fishing in the marina basin Or with in 500 ft of Marina
The marina store and ramp are open 7:30 to 5:00 everyday except Tuesday. Tuesday both are closed. Contact me in advanced ramp access after hours.

Hosts were very accommodating and very nice. Checked in with us every now and then. Check in and check out was very easy, and great we could see our boat at all times out the back.

Amazing place to stay on Long Key

My family and I stayed and had a wonderful time. Lynn is an amazing host!! The sunset views are incredible. Everything you need to have a great time enjoying the keys is available at the marina. Would definitely go back.

Great location and property

Our host was very welcoming and friendly, and the accommodations were as represented on VRBO. The location was fantastic, we were able to travel easily to Key West and other things we wanted to see. Enough space to comfortably house 2 adults and 2 teens. We would definitely book in again on our next trip to the Keys.

Great get away!

My husband and I wanted quiet waterfront get away in the Florida Keys. Very clean and perfect location. The owners couldn't have been nicer. We had planned on renting one of the Marina's boats but it was a bit choppy for us. We would highly recommend staying here.

Great weekend!

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Bird Marina! There was easy access to launch and store our boat. The marina provided safe and secure storage for our boat trailer during the stay. The launching/docking of our boat and the trailer storage were included in the room rate. The room was as advertised. It was cozy and comfortable. The room highlight was the convenience of being right next to the boat dock, with our boat in sight. The marina staff provided great local insight and helpful information. The marina had easy access to basic supplies like ice, live/frozen bait, immediate care items. A big thanks to Lynne and her family for making us feel welcome.

Keys secret get away

The apartment was clean. The coffee machine worked & there was just enough kitchen ware that we managed to save lots of $$$ cooking ourselves - so we could enjoy other activities. The Staff assisted us whenever we needed something and they left us alone the rest of the time. This place is very secluded - great for a quiet get away.

Fishing dream location

Ideal location for daily fishing just steps from your accommodations. Friendly, helpful staff. Great recommendations for for fishing, restaurants and things to do in the area. Overall a wonderful experience!

Peaceful location with amenities nearby

We arrived here during the onset of Tropical Storm Nicole, and the skies were blustery and equally beautiful. The unit was spotless, spacious and well equipped. The back door offered a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico and a soft breeze. The venue is close enough to civilization for the sake of amenities, yet detracted enough that one can enjoy an unobstructed view of the stars at night. Despite the twist of fate that the weather threw at us, we had a fantastic time, and we wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

We absolutely loved our time here, the property was awesome and the property owners were. super helpful with recommendations and made us feel at home the entire stay! It was hard to leave but looking forward to going back already!

Highly recommend

Really nice place and a great location. We rented the downstairs unit for Spring Break and it was very clean, the kitchen is well stocked, there are air conditioners and fans, comfy reclining and lounging chairs and a wonderful view of the marina. The weather was very windy but we were able to rent a boat one day. It was very convenient to have the boat docked right outside our rental. Very friendly family run business. The store has bait, tackle and other items in case needed. I was skeptical of some of the reviews others have left because I understand why swimming and fishing is not allowed in the marina. It’s just not safe. My only note would be that the property is non-smoking, which can be a good or bad thing. We appreciate Lynn accommodating us with a smoking area. I would highly recommend renting a vacation rental and boat at the Sea Bird Marina. Support local mom and pop shops!

Enjoying The Florida Keys

Seabird Marina is perfect for those wishing to bring their own boat or rent one reasonably from the Marina. We loved the view from the living room. Our boat was parked right next to where we stayed. There was a very nice covered patio that we used during the month we stayed. Getting bait was convenient; as our unit was attached to the bait shop. We could also fill the boat up with gas right there. We were able to take our little dog with us. She loved lying by the patio door, keeping an eye on things. The best part of our stay was all the tarpon, snapper, sharks & once even a manatee stopped by the dock when fishermen were cleaning their fish! It was like watching an aquarium! Seabird Marina is located between Islamorada & Marthon. We enjoyed young Tony & Lynn’s fishing tips on where to go! Silvia was a great lady that I wished we could gotten to visit more with. If you are looking for a roomy, convenient base camp, Seabird is for you!

Friendly Family Owned Location

This is a great centrally located place to stay. Nothing fancy but is clean and had everything we needed just like home. You can sit on the patio facing the water and enjoy morning coffee or even use the grill to cook dinner. Having a boat to rent right in front of the rental was a fun plus and the sunsets are perfect to see from the dock with an unobstructed view. They have everything you need to fish and there is a fish cleaning station. The tarpon in the marina were always fun to watch as well. The family that owns the property is friendly and helpful and We enjoyed talking with them and plan to visit again.

Perfect Keys Getaway

Lynn and the rest of the staff at Sea Bird Marina are extremely friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, even though it was cut a bit short by Tropical Storm Elsa. We rented a boat from the Marina and it ran great and couldn't have been more convenient. The property is exactly as advertised. Very well stocked and comfortable. We enjoyed the location between Islamorada and Marathon, it was very convenient for access both by land and sea. I hope to bring my family back very soon!

Perfect for fishing and boating!

The 2 bedrooms apartment/condo has a beautiful gulf view directly from the living room and the second bedroom. The place is clean. We watched tarpons, eels, groupers, parrot fish, tangs, nurse sharks, lobsters, manatee and other fishes just right out our door daily. There is a cleaning station to clean your catches. There is fresh water to clean your boat or rental boats. The place is quite and relaxing. The family who works/owns this place is nice, sincere and generous to their customers. The boat we rent for 3 days was clean and is in great condition.

Great location, facilities (bait shop, boat slip, fuel). Staff very helpful with fishing ideas.

Unfortunately, weather did not cooperate with very windy conditions the entire stay, which made for unpleasant fishing!

With my parents as a child, we sailed all over the Caribbean. My father was in the shrimp farming/processing business and we lived in many South American and Asia countries.
I graduated from FL State U. with a degree in finance. Married, have 2 sons. We all love the water and decided to buy a small marina in Long Key, FL. We have a couple of vacation rentals, boat rentals, wet boat slips, ice, bait and tackle store. We love the Keys and enjoy the climate, fishing, boating and water activities.

This property is located on Florida Bay with easy access to the Atlantic Ocean via the Channel 5 bridge or the Long Key Bridge. No matter the time of year you come there are always fish to catch. Fishing changes with the season.Starting in January there is an abundance of Mackerel, followed by Sailfish, Tarpon, and Tuna. Bonefish and Permit show up. All year long we have Snapper, and Grunts. There is always something for you to catch.
The most exciting time for everyone is when Lobster Season opens!
Best of all, when a great day of fishing or diving is over you can sit on your patio and watch the awesome, daily changing sunsets.

Very friendly atmosphere! If you want a little entertainment, your are right at the marina. There are fishermen showing off there catch, everyone telling of the "ONE" that got away, or just watching the Tarpon feed or the numerous sea birds doing there thing.

Easily the BEST life style you will find anywhere in the USA.
