We loved our stay at this cottage! Brendan was very communicative, and the house had many extras that were great for kids, including a beach wagon, beach and house toys, even a stepstool in the bathroom! Proximity to the beach was amazing, just a few minutes walk and we loved being able to walk just up the road to get breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and cozy home, steps to the beach. The owner was very responsive and helpful. 5/5 would recommend! Will definitely plan to stay here again!

We were very pleased with all aspects of our stay. Home was immaculate and had great rustic feel. Beautiful private beach in a quiet neighborhood. Brendan is a very friendly and responsive host.

Great Stay in a Great Location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The cottage is rustic and well appointed. Communication was easy and timely. The location and proximity to the beach could not be better!

The perfect vacation!

We simply couldn’t be happier and fully intend on returning! The house is fully equipped, clean and pretty, the beds are comfy and the AC was very welcome during this period of extreme humidity. The gorgeous, quiet beach is a 3 minute walk away and we LOVED Marshlands Restaurant and Bakery right on the corner of the street. Wonderful staff and great food. Plymouth is beautiful, plenty of good restaurants. Gerard Farms is also a must for a great dinner at home. We absolutely fell in love with the Jackson Hive. Thank you!

Great Family Vacation House

This summer cottage is rustic and homey. Every amenity has been thought of and supplied. The house was clean and the beds so very comfortable! Can't beat the short walk to the beach. Our family had a lovely vacation and we look forward to staying here as often as we can!
