Create lasting memories at our charming and family-friendly lake cottage nestled on the scenic White Island Pond. Located just minutes from the Bourne and Sagamore Bridges, this unique getaway offers easy access to a serene 122-acre freshwater pond, perfect for both relaxation and adventure.

Our rustic 3-season 1950s cottage boasts 900 square feet of cozy comfort directly on the water’s edge. With 3 bedrooms (1 king and 3 sets of bunk beds- 6 twin beds in total), it's an ideal spot for family gatherings and friends. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed for a restful night’s sleep. Enjoy the convenience of both an indoor and outdoor shower, perfect for freshening up after a day of fun.

Pack & Play, table booster seat, and high chair all available upon request

Window AC units AND windows fans available for each room based on your needs

No parties, pets, or smoking & towels not included

Activities and Amenities:

Kayaking & Peddle Boating: Take advantage of our kayaks (for both kids and adults) and peddle boat to explore the tranquil pond. If you have your own boat, you can dock it right at the property! (Would need advanced notice for boat launch)

Local Attractions: Venture out to explore nearby Plymouth’s rich history, including the famous Plymouth Rock and the Mayflower II. Enjoy a day at the beautiful Plymouth Beach or indulge in shopping and dining in the historic downtown area.

Great Location and Host!

Enjoyed an excellent long weekend here. Pond was great for boating, fishing and tubing. House has all the toys you can ask for; floating swim platform, kayaks and fire pit on the beach. I’d definitely stay here again.

Amazing location. Close to conveniences but away from busy areas. Hosts checked in on us and were great at communication. Kids loved all of the water toys and equipment.

The cottage was a little more run down than I thought as the screen was broken upon arrival, and the grill had to be lit with a light as the ignition switch didn’t work. The beach was beautiful! Rooms were ok but I didn’t realize the Acs had to be put in my us. Recycle was totally full barely any space for us. Water stained my clothes and towels that got wet and stayed damp. It was ok but a bit pricey for an older space

Lakefront Gem

This cottage’s backyard has a fantastic lakefront beach, dock and floating dock that made for hours & days of family fun. Close to Plymouth where we went whale watching and explored the town.Great place to get away and enjoy the clear water of the lake!

Relaxing family getaway

This place is super cozy. It checked off all the boxes for us. We loved the lake, making smores and watching the sunset. My 5 year old actually learned to go out on her own and paddle for the first time because the water was so calm and shallow around the docks. It provided all the fun of camping while still being able to come in and get clean and comfortable. Highly recommend for a laid back family getaway.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this lake house and it was an unforgettable experience for our family of six! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was comfortable, accommodating three adults, two teens, and a child perfectly.Everything we needed was readily available, allowing us to settle in without any hassle. The WiFi was reliable. The lake itself was absolutely stunning and incredibly clean, making it a joy for our family to enjoy. The sunset view from this property is incredible!Fishing was a highlight for us, and the kids absolutely loved the paddle boat and rubber docky that were provided. Each night, we gathered around the fire pit, roasting s'mores by the water, which created wonderful family memories.Finding the property was a breeze, and we appreciated the seamless deliveries from local takeout and grocery stores. The owner was incredibly responsive and ensured that we got in okay, which made our stay even more enjoyable.We loved our time here so much that we will definitely be booking this lake house again. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing family getaway!

Kelly is an excellent host and her lake cottage is an excellent place to go for a relaxing break! The beds are comfortable, the view is gorgeous, and the outdoor area is great for groups to enjoy! The house is the perfect size. Overall loved the stay and will for sure be coming back!
