Kitchen was well equipped. Clean and spacious facilities. Backyard could easily be made into courtyard for more outside seating and lounging.

Great space for the family

Lots of space for the whole family. We had four kids from teen to toddler plus the grandparents. Host was very attentive and communicative. We walked to several restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay again.

Great place for a group of friends

We stayed here for French Quarter Fest, and really enjoyed a place where the six of us could stay, chill after a day of music, share meals, and relax. Quiet, great amenities, and great communication with the host. Bus 91, right outside the door, is easy access to the French Quarter (check out Le Pass for your phone to buy bus passes).

We enjoyed our stay in New Orleans. This property was a big part of that experience. I have zero complaints. The house was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the coffee pods in the kitchen were a nice touch.If I find myself traveling to New Orleans again.This property will be first on my list.

Great house

The house was fantastic. However it is important to know that it is on the fringe of the Garden District, near warehouses and highways. Overall it was great and we enjoyed ourselves. the host was very responsive.

Superb

Loved our stay at this property. The teens took over the loft and absolutely loved it while the adults enjoyed spreading out downstairs. The rooms are gorgeous and comfortable. The beds and bedding are excellent and the location near Magazine street is fantastic. Check in/out was among the easiest I’ve ever had and the host was super responsive. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.We had a wonderful vacation and the house with all its space made it even better.

Jesse was incredibly welcoming and provided helpful information about the home and location prior to and during our stay. The house was amazing for a group trip. We really appreciated the well-apportioned living room for lounging, the amenities throughout the house (enough wine glasses, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, nice towels, fluffy blankets, etc.), and the beautiful furnishings. We had easy Ubers to/from the airport and walked to the St Charles Streetcar (shout out to the Jazzy Pass for easy payment!) and around the Garden District. And hot tip, Christmastime is extra sparkly and festive in New Orleans, so pack your outfits carefully!

Christmas in New Orleans

What a wonderful space, plenty of room for a small group (5 adults) and lots of individual space as well. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Easy to get to places around town…Bourbon Street, Frenchman Street, Superdome and so on. Walmart close to get any needed items. Would definitely recommend and go back!!!

Perfect NOLA rental

We came in town for a family wedding and this was the perfect spot. The hideaway bunk room was such a treat for the kid cousins. The house was laid out perfectly for our two families to be together. The location is perfect and it was a seamless process! Jesse is very communicative and made this so simple for us! We can’t wait to come back!

One of My Top Stays Ever

This was a phenomenal stay from start to finish. The communication was excellent and efficient. The home was exceptionally clean and tastefully/comfortably furnished. The location is an excellent Irish Channel Uptown location. It was super fast to get across the bridge to the West Bank where we were working. It was also fast to get to the French Quarter. You felt safe in the area. Awesome stay!

Such a lovely home!

We popped in for a long weekend and this place was everything we were looking for! Room to spread out, or gather! Beds were incredibly comfortable. Everything was clean. Everything we needed in the kitchen was provided. Jesse was quick with responses. I highly recommend!
