Spacious 3 bed, 3 bath in great Uptown location

This is the second time our family has stayed in this property. We come to New Orleans often to visit our daughter and this has been our favorite. (The only reason we havent stayed more often is that it had been booked) It is a very spacious 3 bed 3 full bath unit with large windows that let in plenty of light, a well equipped kitchen (as we made Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinner) spacious eating and lounging areas and nice outdoor space with a grill. The hosts are very responsive if you have a question or something needs fixing. (the grill needed some work and the host came over soon after being contacted) We love that this is in a quieter residential neighborhood but still convenient to the St Charles trolly line ( 1 minute walk) a 10 minute walk to Magazine St and a 15 minute walk to Auburn Park.

Beautiful

Beautiful home with great light. Big living room with smart TV. Very close to the streetcar and Tulane. Large washer and dryer in the basement. Street parking always was open out in front. The owner was very responsive — we loved our stay here!

Wonderful spacious and comfortable place to stay!

The place was great. Very spacious, comfortable beds, great kitchen, less than a block walking distance to the streetcar and only an easy mile walk to Audobon park. Kate was very responsive to any questions we had. There was some confusion about the location of the working washer and dryer but Kate quickly responded that they were in a room outside the bottom of the backstairs. Anyway, I highly recommend this wonderful VRBO and host, Kate!

Excellent Stay

Had a wonderful stay at Kate's place. Great location, large , spacious and comfortable for our party of 6, plus an additional 2 friends who stopped by. Very clean with all the amenities needed for a long weekend in NOLA. Had a minor issue, but Kate was quick to get someone there to assist.

Trip to New Orleans

The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need from bathroom supplies to kitchen equipment. (The only thing lacking was some detergent for the washing machine) The location is a 2 minute walk to the trolley, a quick walk to Audubon Park and is in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. The owner is very responsive. We would be happy to stay there again.

Beautiful home in wonderful area

Loved our stay here! We had a slight issue w one of the beds but host was super friendly and said they would be sure to fix. Area was beautiful and home has the most beautiful light. Really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for the king cake, Kate! It was a nice treat!

Great Location

The property was located one block from the St Charles Trolley line. It was clean and comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen. Check in and check out were simple.

Lovely home in garden district!

The home is perfect for a group or family. 30 steps from the trolley stop along gorgeous Saint Charles Avenue! highly recommend, and would stay there again when in New Orleans! prompt response from the owners when we had a small need.

Perfect location, great space!

Close to the trolley, lovely neighborhood, walkable to Magazine Street and great coffee ( French Truck), great combination of plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms but also lively gathering spaces ( dining room, patio, living room with lots of seating). Our sisters trip loved it!

Fabulous home in NOLA

We loved staying here for a long weekend with family for a wedding. Very nice and spacious, comfortable beds and nice fluffy towels. Quite neighborhood right off of St. Charles Ave. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in NOLA! A+++ location.

Great Space and location

Girls trip to New Orleans and this charming space served as home base. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to trolley. Centrally located to various key places to visit. Owner was responsive to all our questions and issues. There are some issues with the water pressure in the bathrooms and old pipes tend to be a bit noisy, but nothing that would stop us from returning to this location.

GREAT host, roomy, comfortable stay, close to streetcar

My husband and two friends booked this house for our recent stay in New Orleans. We needed 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and this home was close to the streetcar line. Kate was terrific. Every time I would email a question I would get a very quick response. All requests were handled very quickly. This home is very spacious and well equipped. We had a lot of room to stretch out and relax in the evening. The home is literally 2 doors from the streetcar pick up and it is only $3 for a 24 hour streetcar pass so we didn't need a car. If you don't want the noise and craziness of the quarter, I would highly recommend this home. It is also a beautiful neighborhood just to take a walk through.

Lovely, spacious place in a perfect location

We're 3 childhood girlfriends who grew up in New Orleans and have moved away. This home was the perfect place for us to gather while we visited family and friends, spent time together, and enjoyed our beloved hometown. It was comfortable and pleasant to hang out and chat -- the morning sunshine was so cheerful! And it was so easy to get around town to shops and restaurants. One day we Uber'd to the Quarter (it was pouring!) and it was so easy to grab the streetcar back. Can't wait for our next trip and would love to stay here again!

Cousins reunion

Outstanding location in uptown. One half block to St. Charles and the trolley car for easy access to the French Quarter and Uptown restaurants. Lots of room and check in/checkout was very easy.
