Beautiful, certified historic property, huge rooms. Enormous private pool, 6 seat jacuzzi area. This is not just an investment property, but an actual historic landmark home. We welcome those who can respect and understand what is required of an historic property. This 1870s Arts and Crafts single-family home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. 2nd bath is split bath with half bath just inside from unheated pool / heated jacuzzi area and outdoor shower just outside the door per photos. Wonderful home close to public transit and easy to catch ride shares from. Common spaces were lovely and the pool and hot tub we great to relax in and came in handy to cool off on a hot afternoon. Hosts were responsive and accommodating, very helpful!

Great house, location is ok. Heart of town though. Very active streets, but great restaurants. Eat off the strip if you want to save money and get better food. Great host....response time fast as well. Check out easier ever. I recommend for an active stay.

Great place to stay. It was roomy and very comfortable. The location is ideal. Less than two blocks to St. Charles trolley stop. Highly recommend.

Overall, fantastic stay. We were totally comfortable throughout our long weekend. We only had one mishap with a water heater that stopped functioning. The property owner's responded quickly and the technician that came attempted to resolve the problem late into the evening. Unfortunately, they could not get it resolved. The effort was there, so no fuss, but it did put a little damper on an otherwise great time in New Orleans.

We had an amazing stay here for our buddy’s bachelor party. The pool and hot tub were awesome features and definitely made the trip even better. The location was great too — just a short drive to Bourbon Street, which was a huge plus. The house was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our group. Overall, a 10/10 experience. We’d absolutely come back and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

We had a great time! The house was incredible - comfortable beds, good location, and has a unique/New Orleans feel to it. The communication was great with Lorenzo/booking team. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved the house; truly beautiful with all the old stained glass windows & historic charm! The management team did a great job communicating! Beds are super comfortable! Great touch with the white noise machines in each room. We truly had everything we needed!

Pool and hottub were amazing.

House was beautiful well stocked with towels and kitchenware and paper products. Beds supper clean and comfy loved our stay.

Great historic house...with a POOL?!?!

What a delightful stay our family had. On the hot hot New Orleans days, we were able to cool off in the pool. The kids and adults loved it. Its a quirky house, but that's the magic of New Orleans!

Nothing else like it. Huge home steps to St Charles Avenue, a CRAZY array of fantastic restaurants, 10 mins to the French Quarter, downtown, or Garden District Less than fifty Arts and crafts homes in the city and this is the only one I know of that can be rented short term.
