Beautiful, certified historic property, huge rooms. Enormous private pool, 6 seat jacuzzi area. This is not a vacation rental, but our second home. We travel a great deal and while away, we welcome those who can respect and understand what is required of an historic property. This 1870s Arts and Crafts single-family home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. 2nd bath is split bath with half bath just inside from pool area and outdoor shower just outside the door per photos. Comfortable Affordable & Perfect for a family

Very clean, comfortable and accomodating. Perfect for a larger group, pool and hottub a for sure bonus. Outdoor area was excellent.

Girls Trip!

We absolutely LOVED everything about our stay. The property, location, management team, amenities, EVERYTHING. So much room - the beds were SO FREAKIN COMFY, too. Great for a group of girls too, we had no issues all getting ready with all the space to spread out. We cannot wait to come back - Ms. Shinda was an absolute joy to work with too. Will be coming back to stay again SOON!! Worth every penny 3

So charming! And the pool and hot tub were great

The house itself couldn't be any cuter, so charming and so beautiful. The beds we're all very comfortable, and the pool and hot tub we're so incredible after walking around all day. There we plenty of towels and the house was otherwise fully stocked. The only negative was the road noise from the highway but there were sound machines in every room and sleeping with ear plugs made for a great night sleep.

Cute place and close to everything!

we really enjoyed our stay! this was a bit big for just the 4 of us but it was so nice to have the room. beds were super comfy. we had quick access to everywhere we wanted to go. we mostly drove to where we needed to go because we don't know the area, but we could easily have walked. the restaurant across the street was phenomenal!

40th birthday celebration

It was an absolutely wonderful experience. It was our first time in New Orleans. The house was everything we had hoped for and could not have been in a better location. Centrally located to just about anything you’d have on your to-do list. I highly recommend this property.

A great time.

The house was close to the street cars. Made it east to get to the French Quarter or get to the Garden District. The Restaurant across the Street was Amazing. We had a great time at the house as well. The Manager Shinda was awesome also.

The boys do Nola

Came down with a few friends to do Tales of a cocktail, the house had ample space for myself and 4 friends. Great location. Pool was clutch to relax on downtime and beds were cozy. AC and ceiling fans came in clutch. Only thing missing is a bbq grill which would have been great by the pool but everything else was great

Great stay

Wonderful house, with much space for the whole family. Beds were very comfortable and we really enjoyed the backyard and hot tub to relax after exploring the city during the day. I was worried about the house being too hot, but it was perfectly fine! Thanks again

Girls trip

I absolutely loved my stay!!! I would stay 100 times!!! We will be back and i will try the hot tub and pool then. Mrs Shinda was great and was so prompt. great place to stay

We had a wonderful time in this home. It's located perfectly for everything you might want to do. The restaurant directly across the street was really good. I would highly recommend this property. Construction on the street made my car a little dusty, but the house was worth it. Loved the house, loved New Orleans. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay, the home is beautiful the pool was great.. but my favorite part about our stay was the luxury mattresses.. oh my goodness !! It’s like sleeping on a cloud .. it was wonderful..

Lots of character and amenities!

We chose this property because we wanted a place with New Orleans character, plenty of space for our family of 4, a convenient location, free parking, and a hot tub. It was a tall order, but this place delivered on all of the above! It is also across the street from a great Arepas restaurant and a Banksy mural. The hosts stayed in good communication, and check-in and check-out was simple and contactless. We would stay again!

40th Birthday Girls Trip

There were 4 adult women staying in this home for a bucket list birthday exploring New Orleans. This house was absolutely wonderful. It was clean and the beds were amazingly comfortable. We were a short walk to public transportation and restaurants. The pool is so much bigger than the pictures show. Highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to experience New Orleans with out being in the craziness of the Quarter.

Great House w/ a Pool

We had a great experience during our stay and would definitely recommend this house for anyone thinking of coming to NOLA. The house was very “New Orleans”, clean and well maintained. The pool and jacuzzi were very clean and the house is in a great location. Easy to connect to all the main streets or a short walk to the St Charles trolley cars. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Perfect Stay

We had a perfect vacation at this beautiful home. This historical home is absolutely gorgeous and well-appointed, while still feeling comfortable for a family with kids. You can tell they take incredible care of this home. We loved the beautiful outdoor space, pool, and hot tub! The location is excellent, highly walkable to downtown and accessible to the streetcar. I cannot say enough about how incredible the owners are; they communicated early, well, often, and thoughtfully.

Nothing else like it. Huge home steps to St Charles Avenue, a CRAZY array of fantastic restaurants, 10 mins to the French Quarter, downtown, or Garden District Less than fifty Arts and crafts homes in the city and this is the only one I know of that can be rented short term.
