100% recommend and we are actually booked to stay here again! The apartment is great-nicely decorated, very comfortable, nice and quiet and loved the backyard where our pup could safely roam and we could sit outside and enjoy the evening. The hosts were super fast in responding to us. They had lots of extra little personal touches in the apartment that made it feel very welcoming. I'm so glad we found this place and look forward to staying here again.

We had a lovely stay here for 4 nights. Clean, quiet, secure, and we got to chat with Terry who is an ABSOLUTE DELIGHT. There's also a doggie who lives upstairs who'd be happy to meet you if you want, she's a sweetheart.The kitchen is small and certainly enough for storing food and making simple meals or reheating leftovers, and there's several nearby grocery stores (and lots and lots of restaurants). It's a short drive into the city proper where all the sightseeing / etc. is, only about 15 minutes.5/5 for sure!!

Lovely place and loved that they had a little book with recommendations, especially appreciate the little Candy bar and the gumball machine was a lot of fun. Properly clean and easy to get to

Perfect little spot for our weekend in D.C. the hosts were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The room was just as advertised with attention to detail including a travel guide written by the hosts about the area. Our dog also enjoyed the fenced in yard. Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

Terry and Mark were excellent hosts. I feel they went above and beyond to provide a space and experience that feels like home. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and we had a really enjoyable stay here.

Terry and Mark are hands down the best hosts and I won’t ever stay anywhere else when I come to MD for work. My dogs love it there as well!

I loved my stay! The hosts made it very easy to check in/out, they were great at communicating with me and the room was a perfect fit. There wasn't as much going on in the neighborhood itself, but I was moreso on the trip to explore the monuments and museums in DC and the metro stop was a quick easy walk from the residence which I loved! Would highly recommend staying here

This was a great space! I was having work done on my home and needed a place to stay that was close. This was perfect. The hosts were VERY communicative and kind enough to allow me to stay a little longer than planned. I highly recommend! I'm having work done next year and I'll be back! :)

My sister and I stayed here for a few nights with our 2 dogs while we explored DC and took day trips to Rehoboth Beach DE and Shenandoah NP. It was an amazing stay and we would absolutely stay here again. The space was tidy, organized, and cozy. There were plenty of thoughtful touches, like water and snacks for us and a welcome sign. The kitchenette was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook the food we brought with us. The shower pressure was great and there were plenty of towels stocked. The backyard was spacious and was so convenient for letting the dogs out in the mornings and evenings. Check in and out was super easy as well. If you're thinking of staying near DC in a centralized spot-- this would be a great fit!

The apartment was so cozy and quaint. We loved our time even though it was short. Terry and Mark were great and even cared enough to let us know what was going on with our little pup while we were out. Super understanding and accommodating. A definite revisit if ever in the area again.

The place is furnished with everything you’d ever need. It was truly a beautiful stay and the hosts communicate everything very clearly, making the entire process seamless. I wish I could stay longer

Work trip

I’ve booked this property each month I come out for work because it feels like a home away from home where me and my dogs are happy and relaxed. Terry and Mark are awesome hosts!!

Very nice place that is filled with charm. Owner was super quick with communications as I had issues when I first arrived. Bed is super comfy too. Getting a Lyft or Uber was not a problem neither.

Weekend Getaway
