Son’s Wedding

In town for son’s wedding. Beautiful home. Great communication. Dolphins outside your back door every morning. A great, quiet retreat from the busyness of the weekend. Loved it so much.

Great place!

We truly enjoyed our stay in this home in Beaufort. It was spacious, very clean and was pretty well stocked with all the things that you would need for a relaxing stay with the exception of not having an outdoor grill. If I could just make one suggestion that you purchase, maybe a Weber grill with a cover and we would have been happy to supply our own charcoal. We enjoy grilling when we are on vacation and other VRBO‘s. I think it would be a real plus because we don’t enjoy going out to eat for every evening meal. Your home is beautiful and we look forward to staying there again.

Perfect place for us.

Nice view of the water. House was clean. Good communication from the host. The house is on a busy road but once inside you barely notice. Overall it worked great for us and it is just a few minutes from Parris Island if your doing the USMC graduation.

Steep fees

the property is OK and it is on the main highway, but the fees are out of range. 50% host fees and another 25% service fees. All that while off peak season sure we should have checked, but that opened our eyes to booking with VRBO.

Beautiful home with amazing sunrise view

This home was perfect for a wedding getaway for 8 friends. The sunrises were amazing and a short drive or mile walk to downtown if you chose. Buy extra toilet paper if you are bringing 8 people though.

Gorgeous view

Plenty of areas to relax with a view! Once in the house even this wheelchair user enjoyed the easy flow of the downstairs and deck. We had taken our own ramps and bath accessories, bench and toilet extension..I was a Girl Scout LOL! Great access to base!

What a View!

This was an amazing property! We rented this house because my son was graduating from the USMC. The house is only 5 miles from the base on Parris Island and very close to historic Beaufort and shopping and restaurants. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The view and backyard created a great space to hang out with the family and take photos. The house was spacious and accommodated our large family perfectly. I would definitely rent this home again!

Nice place. Couple things could be improved.

The house is very nice and clean. But… Plates and glasses are very cheap. Need a couple more wine glasses. No toaster. Can opener doesn’t work. No hairdryer. 1 coffee pod? Bathroom soaps the size of quarters. 3 garbage bags. 3 dishwasher pods One broken chaise lounge on back porch. Anyway, small items, but for a couple hundred bucks and $5 bucks more a guest-night, it would be a better guest experience. Last item - if it’s legal, cut the bush down in the back to improve the view of the water.

Clean, Large House with Great View.

A good fit for our group during my son’s Marine Corp graduation week. The house was clean and neat, with the right amount of space for our group. The basic tools for cooking were there. The kitchen space made it easy to cook and eat in. All appliances are new, very clean, and work well. Beds had nice mattresses and the sheets and towels were nice. The deck was a good place to enjoy breakfast and watch the sunrise. We appreciated the washer and dryer during our week-long stay as well. Check-in was easy and Leah was very responsive. This was a house that met our needs. Large groups should be aware that a limited amount of supplies are made available and be ready to purchase/Instacart your own - such as coffee (not enough for the group, looked like it was leftover from the last guests), paper towels (only one extra roll provided), scissors (we bought a pair and left them there), cooking oils/spices, a first aid kit, pens, etc. All plates and cups are plastic - surprising for a rental of this size. Only 3 wine glasses that we could find. A few extra touches would make this place amazing!! Ps. Busy road meant some noise and lights are on all night from the neighbors - houses are close together. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs and a night mask and you will be fine. Beds are super comfy. I would recommend staying, just be aware of reading the listing exactly as-is and not expecting more than what is listed.

Big and beautiful

Gorgeous sunrise on the water. 2 bedrooms downstairs and 3 upstairs. Wonderful place to stay for large extended family for USMC graduation.
