Step inside this beautiful home and on the Ground Level and you'll find a cozy Lounge Area with a Flat Screen TV that's perfect for getting away and enjoying a little additional privacy while still having your space. Get some extra rest on the Queen Sleeper Sofa or go let off some steam on the arcade-style NFL 4-Player gaming system and Foosball Table. Slip over to the Queen Bedroom when you're ready to get some rest and take advantage of the Full Hallway Bathroom nearby when it's time to freshen up. When you're ready for some fun, head on over to the Herring Beach Access, which is just a 7-minute walk away, and rinse off in the Outdoor Shower before heading back inside. On-street parking and on grass parking are strictly prohibited. Guests that park on the grass and damage an irrigation head at their rental unit will be responsible for cost of repair, this includes golf cart parking. Towing is enforced.
