Inviting newly remodeled midtown home just 2 blocks from the fairgrounds, 2 minutes from TU & Cherry Street, and 7 minutes from the BOK Center, Cain's Ballroom, Guthrie Green & downtown Tulsa. This 2-bedroom home is perfect for couples, small families, solo adventurers, & business travelers. It has a lovely outdoor space with deck in a peaceful neighborhood. Fully remodeled kitchen. Not to mention the beds are comfy & the WiFi is strong. And dogs are welcome, if they ask nicely, haha! (Be sure to specify that you're bringing a pet when you book your reservation.)

1470 sq. ft of living space w/ wide driveway for plenty of parking, and a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, Keurig coffee maker, and full-sized washer & dryer available for your use. A fully fenced backyard w/ flowers & fruit trees makes for a lovely view as you relax on the deck. Master bedroom can easily sleep 2 in the king bed, while the second bedroom can sleep up to 2 in a queen bed.

The house was super clean and just as described. The location was great, so close to the expo. The whole neighborhood is nice and very quiet but close to restaurants and grocery stores. Host was very prompt in response to any questions. A great stay!

This is a beautiful well furnished comfortable older home right near the expo center, just what we were looking for as we were in town for the big April dog shows. Comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, immaculately clean, everything worked. The home is very charming with live plants, gorgeous flower beds, and best of all dog friendly! Thank you for letting us stay!

We needed to find a last-minute home with a yard that was pet friendly in Tulsa and this home fit the bill in every possible way. Super clean, beautiful, very homey and comfortable. We definitely will stay there again when we are in the area.

Thiss home presented how you would like your own home to. There was a real sense of ownership pride. The house was built in the 1020’s and the display of beautiful original woodwork was throughout the home. The kitchen had all the amenities including new appliances. The small kitchen table was plenty for my husband and I however, the adjacent dining room comfortably could seat eight. The mattress in the master was elegant and I slept nine hours straight through. I only regret is that we didn’t stay longer

If you have something going on at the Tulsa fairgrounds, this is the place to stay! You can see the fairgrounds from the house, and 17th street that runs in front of the house goes straight to a fairgrounds gate avoiding traffic! The house was very clean and comfortable! My only complaint is I'm not a fan of windows without curtains, and there were none on any of the windows, but they did have blinde. We would definitely stay here again!

Adorable little home with everything to make your stay comfortable. Hosts were very accommodating. And only two blocks from the fairgrounds where I was showing horses!

Great House In Great Location

Very clean property with classy antique vibe with a stunning back deck and beautifully landscaped yard. Very close to the fairgrounds so would be perfect for anyone in town for an event there. Would definitely stay again!!

So so good! This is the only place we will stay if we have to stay here in Tulsa for any reason.The beds are SO COMFY!! 10/10. Everything is so cute and clean. The hosts were easy to get in contact with. It exceeded our expectations!
